Not 3, 2.5 stars... you did not allow me that. This time, nah... always... it's just that this time I'm so annoyed I just had to write a review. The pop-up that prompts for a paid subscription is the most annoying part; it does not even allow you to place the cursor where you want to write or edit, like a nagging autocrat, always watching and ready to pounce. Agreed, passive voice is not the best to use too often, but seriously, Grammarly does not have any clue when the context dictates the use of passive voice. Writing ad copy with Grammarly on is a true disaster; it has literally no clue about different writing styles. It almost feels like whoever trained Grammarly never read literary English and remained an eighth-grader for life. It is only good for spelling errors, basic grammar errors, typing errors, and sometimes does help with improving the clarity of written text which is why I still have its Chrome extension.

Initially I was not happy with the service given by staff as they were not supportive of my disability and the issues I had this will be shown on my account However Kerrie then came on board and supported me immensely, apologising for the inconvenience communicating with me and in the end with Justin three weeks later the issue was resolved I feel the previous agents should watch and learn as I was ready to leave edf but as the issue was sorted in a empathetic way bearing in mind of my disability , respectfully talking to me and being consistent and not cutting me off a call after waiting 30 mins. Therefore shout out to Kerrie and Justine

I am very pleased with the work carried out. We came back from holiday to find that we had a water leak. I contacted Gair and a plumber came out within 2 hours and fixed the leak, which was in an awkward location. The work was quick, professional and courteous - I couldn't have asked for more and will use Gair next time I have an issue. I believe the plumber's name was Easton.

Not even deserving of one star. They have been holding onto my parcel for nearly 3 weeks and no update. Countless emails and automated apologies in reply with zero communication as to where my stuff actually is. I am actively going to avoid businesses who use this company now and also going to report their Australian operation to the ACCC

I’ve purchased several items in Ramco’s auctions and always find the bidding process very easy & straightforward. Delivery is always prompt but be aware delivery is always on a “signed for” service and won’t be left if no one is in to sign. Plus delivery charges can be quite high, at least £16.00 for small items.

This company are scammers. My phone has been cased and in very good condition. I always use Apple cases and screen cover. They originally offered £260 I sent it to them and they revised £110. Phone back thank you. Even paying return cost and trading it in elsewhere I will get over £200. THIEVES.
