Lovely wedding stationery and good customer service!
We were really happy with all the wedding stationery we received from Bride and Groom Direct. It all looked lovely and they obviously pay great attention to detail. My only feedback back would be the addition of the option of a free proof for all the stationery, rather than just the invitations, as one of the items was not quite as we anticipated. However, overall, we would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service and the highest quality products
Customer services remained in contact with me throughout the whole ordering process, even answering questions prior to ordering for further clarification. Service was extremely polite, helpful and prompt throughout. This in itself made it a pleasure to purchase with Bride and Groom Direct.
The delivery was as stated, infact the order was received much earlier than anticipated! It was packed professionally and with care so as to protect the items within. I was very surprised to have also received a free high quality leather Wedding Album and Guest Book as part of the order.
The actual quality of the products purchased were grade A. I couldn't fault anything in any way. I was especially impressed with the high quality of the ink on the cards as it was actually 'raised' on the paper (as though embossed) and almost shimmered. Very beautiful. Absolutely excellent service from pre-ordering to post delivery. Thank you very much for your help, professionalism and promptness. Would definitely recommend to all those who would need your services and would definitely use your services again in the future!!

Good, but not great
The initial online process seemed like a comprehensive and speedy solution, with lots of choice of card design, and delivery periods quoted as 2-5 days.
However, the actual ordering of two separate "day" cards proved awkward, the online layout tool was sufficiently limited to require a proof, which arrived much later than advised, and required reworking, contrary to the assurances of the telephonists on initial consultation (which show instructions weren't followed). On resubmission I called to discuss delivery timing, and was advised that there was no way to speed my delivery, which took five days.
The card stock and printing were excellent, but envelopes were poor, not matching the cardstock in any way, and approx 40% required gluing shut.

Great service on wedding invitations
The system for ordering wedding staionery was excellent although of course because of the need for great accuracy - it took a while. HOwever the choice was excellent and the finished product when delivered (about 10 days) was exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased and would order again.

Friendly, professional and quick service
This is the second successive wedding over the past two years after which I am on christian name terms with the same friendly and efficient staff. Excellent products, well packaged, and delivered on time. Unusually nowadays, they only want payment at the point of dispatch. ost wedding suppliers want payment months in advance.

Fantastic Service!
We decided on a last minute wedding, the first obstacle we came across was that most companies take atleast 21 days for shipping out your wedding invites but thankfully Bride and Groom Direct managed to do an express order and we had our invites within 3 days!

Fantastic quality
The item arrived within a week of ordering online, and the invites were lovely the only disappointment was that i placed my order in 2 batches as we had a large order and when i checked my 2 confirmation emails on the 1st one i had been given a £5.00 credit for future orders placed by 30th June, which mine was but as i had already paid for both orders with my card Bride & Groom Direct would not refund me £5.00 which i thought was very unfair as every penny counts when getting married!!

I found the website slightly confusing, as the magnets and envelopes and then magnets holders had to be ordered separately, and therefore we did end up with far too many envelopes, but the customer service person was very helpful and we are really pleased with the end product

Considerate, kind service with hardly any problems
I ordered our wedding invitations from BrideandGroomDirect after they sent us lovely free examples at our request. There was a spelling flaw when the order was delivered which had not been there when we ordered, but they replaced them free of charge with no problems. They were good at keeping me up to date on the status of my order, especially when a die for printing broke and they had to make a new one to complete my order. I also ordered ribbons from them, which arrived promptly and were well-made. I would certainly recommend them to other couples getting married, since they have everything in one useful place and are happy to help.

We used B&G twice in fact after excellent service, firstly for our invites and then decided to order thankyou cards as well.
The creation of the invites and alterations due to our mistakes were carried out with no fuss or issues, and once we had the invites as we wanted them, they were dispacthed quickly, arriving well packaged and protected.
The quality is fantastic and very proffessional.

We placed our order for wedding invitations on the Monday, and the full order was printed and delivered to our door on the Friday! We were a little unsure of the website delivering good products, as when we reviewed our finished invitation, the spacing didnt look quite right. We ended up ordering them, and the printers at the other end had spaced everything out beautifully! We were very happy with the end result. my experience
We placed an order at bride and groom about 6 weeks before we atctually received our order. There was a couple of excuses, first of all they didnt receive our email then they didnt return calls and we were given another email address. It was very disappointing as wedding invitations are one of the most important thing, its first impressions and all that! Anyway, we have finally received our wedding invites and free guest book and wedding album, that unfortuntely were damaged! We have asked for a new one and are still waiting. Also, we had wanted about 5 spanish invites and we could only have 20 which was the minium. They sent to many envelopes and covers. Still not sure if we have been charged for them, as we havent received a proper invoice. Only an email with a break down, we were promised a invoice and we are still waiting. Overall the whole experince has been a disappointing and not very consistent.

Excellent product and customer service, one small error
The quality of the goods provided were excellent given the price.
Customer service was brilliant - every time I called with a query they picked up the phone instantly and if they didn't know the answer, they found out and called me back very promptly.
Goods were delivery very quickly as promised and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend brideandgroomdirect to anyone.
My only complaint is that there was a formatting error on one of the documents which is the only reason I didn't give them 5*. Otherwise, faultless!

My requested samples got to me in good time
My order was relatively easy to place (wouldn't it be great if the website was improved so that we could save the text entered for custom invite wording just in case we needed to leave the website before finally placing the order?)
The invitations were of a high quality (and my final order also got to me within a fortnight - fantastic)

The invitations we ordered were based one of the samples requested & immediately sent to us. The service provided on the website was excellent - helpful and simple. Evening Invitations after abroad wedding
I looked on the internet first and was a little confused as to the type of invitation i was looking for, so i called them direct and the help i received was very professional and very helpful, answering all my questions. Out Invitations
We had problems ordering the evening invitations online, which in the end had to be done via e-mail. This was inconveient, time consuming, prompted several phonecall's and caused some confusion
The end product was high quality, shipping and packaging was excellent.
Had we been able to order the evening invititations as we did the others, then this would have been a 5 star rating.

courier company lets you down
I'm sorry to say I've not yet received my products - which I'm sure will be fab when they arrive - because the courier company only deliver during office hours and it is impossible for us to get the time off work to wait around at home for delivery (nor can we arrange delivery to our offices due to security restrictions). At least Royal Mail give you the option of collecting from a local sorting office!

I ordered 3 sample invitations and picked my favourite from them. I placed my order which was simple enough and got the proof emailed to me. I made some changes and couldnt wait to see the final one. I received all inviations the following week and we were extremely impressed, they are gorgeous! They were really well packed and better than i imagined!! The free guestbook and photo album are great as well. Thank you so much for the great service, i would definitely reccommend to others.

4 star excellent products
theentire product i have ordered have been to the the standard that i expected, from yourselves, but only negative was the delivery, with which not necessarily down too you it was with dhl who never tried too contact me to arrange delivery as that said they had trouble finding my house i my last delivery took nearl two weeks after the day is was despatched, i would and have recommended your company because your products are absolutely fabulous.

Overall good but be careful when ordering wedding stationery
Fairly easy to order the wedding stationery online and the quality of the products is very good. However, when placing an online order I was only given a preview of the day invitations. No preview was shown of the evening invitations and as a result I managed to leave off the RSVP information. Ultimately this is my error, but had a preview been shown it would have been immediately obvious and I could have amended the details.

Easy helpful service!
I had some questions regarding the layout of our wedding invites and found the company to be really helpful and provided some good advice.
We ordered a proof to check the final layout ourselves also and this was all sent speedily so the order could be placed, as an impatient bride to be this was greatly appreciated!

Poor Customer Service
Having shown an interest in several invites I was very disappointed that the samples I ordered over the telephone failed to arrive. I can only hope that the sample request on-line delivers promptlt as it doen't fill you with confidence that a true wedding invitation order would be processed without delay

poor customer service
I found it dissapointing that I could not get a sample on the internet before ordering. When i phoned to find out about it I got told different reasons. The first time they were going to send me a copy for free. Then the second time i phoned because via e.mail they were unwilling to send me one, the person i spoke to was quite rude and told me a different story to the first person i spoke to. The only reason i ordered from this website is because I can not find the same invitations anywhere else but i wont be using the website again.

Great service so far
I discovered brideandgroom in a free book in a bridal magazine and believe it was a godsend! i couldnt get my head around invitations and find something right for me, then reading their magazine booklet i found some i loved and had only requested samples and they arrived 3 days later! quality was excellent and I'm sure iv found the perfect one!

No item ive ordered over 4 weeks ago, no contact, no appologies
I ordered a photo frame with engraving over 4 weeks ago now.
I rang after 3weeks of nothing, to be told they had been out of stock (thanks for letting me know!)
but they were in stock now so would be with me in a few days,
just over a week later i rang them again, and was told that they would ring me back about 2pm that day...im still waiting for that call, and i still dont have a photo frame to give my parents, and we get married in a few weeks.
To say im dissapointed with this company is an understatement. As they sell mainly gifts for weddings, they should realise that you have enough to deal with without having to chase up on an order for a photoframe.

Excellent for Invites!
When we ordered the save the date magents and the actual invites the service was amazing. We couldnt have asked for better quality invites and the ordering process was easy enough. When ordering the thank you cards the experience wasnt as good. I emailed them as I wasnt sure if our names were automatically printed on the cards from the pre filled information or if we had to put them in the verse section. I emailed the question and no one replied. I telephoned and asked the question but still I wasnt sure when I came off the phone if they were put on automatically. When you order invites, you see an actual copy of what your invites look like with all your information on so you can proof it. You dont get that with the thank you cards. I have been waiting a week now for the cards to arrive and I wont know until they arrive if they even have our names on them.

Stationary and accessories
Everything that I have ordered has been delivered in excellent timescales. Invites, order of service, thank you cards were all presented fantastically and easy to assemble where necessary. Favour boxes are great and again very easy to assemble. The only thing I would say is that the postage policy could be reviewed as when ordering several items at different times I think that it is over priced at times and doesn't reflect the item being sent to the customer.

superb service and quality
absolutely loved my end product! I stupidly left the time of my day invite which Bride and Groom addressed with me thank god, then fretted about what I wrote for the evening invitations which they helpfully corrected for me. Loved the service, quality of products and speed in which they arrived. The only negatives is they don't offer proofs and there was no template available for me to view my evening invite before ordering.

Difficult to order
The invitations were lovely and I would of loved to use this company but only need 20 invitations printed as I am getting married abroad and then 60 for my reception in England, but not being able to do the order over the phone proved difficult and the minimum print was 30, so this company was not very helpful

Great Service and gorgeous invitations!
Although there could possibly be a few more deigns, I absolutely love my invitations! I ordered some samples of some I was unsure of and they came straight away - it turned out I fell in love with the design I wasn't too keen on from the website! I ordered them online and checked out the previews before submitting my order, which I think is a great tool or I would never have ordered online. My order arrived within a week and they're fantastic!! PLus I received free cake bags with one order (as silly me didn't order both sets together to get the free album!) but it's a really nice touch as it's something less to buy or worry about. No fuss or hassle, just click, preview and delivered! Thanks Bride and Groom Direct - you've made me a very happy bride to be!!

Nice invites but bad website and complicated ordering process
I ordered several sample invites from Bride & Groom direct, which arrived promptly. I think the invites themselves are excellent; very good value for money and a great selection of invites to choose from. However, I have found the online ordering process a nightmare. The process is complicated and unintiuitive, which is a shame because I think this site offers a better and nicer selection of invites than many of its larger rivals.

best invitations especially for the price!
Only received samples from here but very happy with them. Very impressed with the raised text for no extra cost. Good correspondance too. The only thing that needs improving is the preview of your invitation as I couldn't get the layout right which meant that i was unable to order them when planned and i need to ring them to get clarification on what i need to do...

Problems with the web site
I received the sample invitations as ordered and was happy with the quality, however whenI tried to order them on-line, a fault when putting the items in my shopping basket made my internet browser close. I tried to do this on several occasions but have been unable to get as far as the shopping basket.

OK once I received the correct order.
I RECEIVED THE ORDER IN GOOD TIME BUT NOT IN THE FONT I HAD ORDERED. THIS HELD US UP SOMEWHAT AND ALTHOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED I DID NOT RECEIVED AN ACCEPTABLE APOLOGY.
