Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I placed an order on August 8 and paid $40 for the fastest fully tracked shipping. The order was marked as SHIPPED on August 9, but I never received a tracking number.

A few days later, John from ZAHAL Customer Service personally emailed me and assured me that everything was fine and that he would send the tracking information as soon as the baton was dispatched from the Czech Republic.

Since then? Silence.

It is now August 18. I have repeatedly contacted ZAHAL through their official contact addresses, but nobody bothers to answer. No tracking number, no meaningful update, no explanation.

If you charge customers $40 for fully tracked expedited shipping, mark an order as shipped, and then simply stop responding, that is unacceptable.

I don’t expect special treatment. I expect the most basic thing any online store should provide: my paid-for order and a tracking number.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend potential customers think twice before paying for expedited shipping from ZAHAL, or buy anything at all

My product broke and after a long wait I was given a replacement. The people that helped me do it went above and beyond. I was close to giving back feedback. Now I have nothing bad to say. Great customer service!

25 days past since I placed and paid my order, still not arrived and no tracking info. Worst shop ever.

I only had one experience with this company, and it could have been better fo sho. I bought as set of Meprolight replacement sights for my Jericho 941. I had them installed by a gunsmith and the front sight broke during installation. I sent them pics of the tool used, a pic of the sights purchased, and the order # of the sights purchased to complete the sight installation. Zahal refused to reimburse me for the broken sights. They insisted that I provide the pieces of the broken front sight. The gunsmith told me that there were multiple pieces that were lost when they hit the floor. Dissatisfied is an understatement since the price of the job doubled.

I was searching for a Recover Tactical charging handle for my S&W Shield - I had a couple of the pistols and installed the charging handle on my wife's gun as well as a couple of friend's pistols. The product was no where to be found and the manufacturer advised it had been discontinued. All of the major retailers were out. I located the item from one supplier in the US but they wanted $12 to ship and item the weight of a postage stamp ! I located two at Zahal and snatched them up - $5.00 shipping ! Very pleased when I got the 'in hand' ! Thank you very much !

The products Zahal makes are exceptional, well built and some products can't be found anywhere else. They also have great customer support. It takes a little while to get their products from overseas but they are well worth the wait!

I purchased the FAB Defense Mossberg 500 Collapsible Folding Recoil Reduction Stock GL-Shock + Grip. This product is very good quality. Well made and easy to install even without instructions. Would be nice for those who really have to have it. The stock was a bit stiff the first time I folded it to install it and folded it back out afterwards. I think this is because of me being unfilmilar with the actual mechanics of the stock. No other complaints or problems. The new look and feel is awesome!

STAY FAR AWAY.. ZERO STARS. unless you know for sure you like your item. I had to return something. I didn’t hear from the for a month. I reached out to them on email. Took 10 emails for them to finally refund me. After A MONTH of waiting. Horrible customer service. Horrible website. DONT EVEN GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS.

Top notch seller with the best customer service!! These new springs are amazing and make a BIG difference. They're easy to install and really took the snappiness out of my P365. It also solved my feed problems with my Canik Mete 9. I highly recommend these products and can't wait to see what else they develop!!

I have a VZ-58 and installed various butt stocks, from cheaper manufacturer, and I can only say this; "you get what you pay for".
After installing the butt stock onto my rifle, it changed it's feel from very bad to excellent, instantly.
The tube extension was very easy to install and sturdy. The lock, that allows for side folding, was positive and held firmly. The length adjustment was also firm, without excessive play, and functions exactly as you would expect from a quality stock. The opening/fold down shoulder pad allows for a place to store a cleaning kit and even 2 batteries for my Eotech. And lastly, the cheek riser was way better than I expected. It wasn't flimsy and supported my cheek during use and firing.
So if you are looking for only the best, for your rifle, get this product. Again, I can't say enough good things about this stock and highly recommend it.

Bought an Emergency Stock(with the 10 round clip, and head rest)really Happy with it, i also bought a Horizontal Magazine Carrier. I like that I can Grab my Riffle and have everything I need, without having to search for anything, literally grab and go! The Sling is on a whole other level. It is Stealthy Quiet, and modular.. Totally customizable to an individual “need” and preference. All of these items are not “the norm” which I love, but they are practical, and have been tried, and proven in the field. I recommend these products, and will continue to keep my eyes on what Zahal will introduce next. One of my Items did not come initially, I reached out to customer service, was patient, and was informed that it was back ordered, and I would receive it in a timely manner, literally was at the door two days later.
