Quick, efficient service; good selection of cards

There was a good mixture of different styles and types of cards; perhaps there could have been more detail on things such as size of card, whether envelopes were included, how long it would take for the order to be fulfilled; but the helpdesk were very quick and efficient at responding and knew their stuff.

Overall I would recommend the service.

Stop looking!!! Get your invites here, trust me....

I was nervous about ordering invites online. There was no need to worry, the invites are such good quality and look much more expensive than they are!!!! Any Bride to be will be over tge moon with their products, I can't wait to send the invites out

Lovely invites, great price, not so hot courier

Invites beautiful and arrived really quick. Only gripe is the courier left them in a bin, not so keen on that! On the plus side packaging really sturdy so no damage done:-)

Wonderful service at an exceptional price

Having considered making our own invitations in order to save money, I came across the invitations at Bride and Groom Direct when looking for ideas. I found some really charming invitations at a considerably reasonable price (cheaper than if we had made them ourselves and obviously without the huge time commitment). The personalisation was easy and completely flexible but with guidance and ideas. We ordered our daytime and evening inviations, and also response cards with personalised envelopes. They arrived in a week and are really great invitations! I could not fault the service and would recommend Bride and Groom Direct to any friends looking for invitations. A very happy Bride to be :o)

An excellent, helpful, no nonsense service

My bride was let down by another company at the last moment and Bride & Groom direct came to the rescue. My order was placed on the monday and i had the products in my hands by the thursday. The staff were really helpful, and kept me informed with the status of the order. I would definately order from this company again, and spread the word!

First class service

We ordered samples which came within 3 working days, although some were not available due to demand which was disappointing. We would like to have ordered up to 5 samples but were only allowed 3. Nevertheless, one of the samples was perfect and we set about ordering on line. Luckily the sample specified the font type, colour etc which made it easier for us to select...we went with the sample choice. The wording was assisted by a selection of verses to choose from and we found this most helpful. It was easy to complete on line and we were also able to match the invitations for the evening party guests. An email confirming our order and showing our templates came through almost immediately. Five days later the order arrived, beautifully packed up in double boxes and all contents wrapped and sealed. We were delighted with our order and would certainly recommend this company to our friends. I am sure we will be using them again for our other children's weddings!

Good quality and service

Good quality and service received when purchasing our save the date cards for our upcoming wedding next year.

The only criticism that i have is that the delivery was slower than i expected and was not kept informed of an estimated delivery date.

Easy to use, hassle free & fast delivery!

Overall we are very happy with the quality of the invites, and got what we expected, however the level of customer service received when ringing to clarify process, and check details etc wasn't brilliant.. no warmth, friendly chatter or any personal touch at all!
Something for the company to think about and work on...especially in the current climate where people demand the best for every £1 spent!
I would also have preferred being sent a sample once writing was confirmed to have final review/and option to adjust and think about size of font. Only slight quibble with the finished product... doesn;t feel the full personal touch has been given.

Average quality, too much in delivery

Ordered a brides hanky with poem, when delivered the box was broken and the paper the poem was on was all crumpled up. Service was very good when I called to complain and they sent another out straight away which was boxed and packaged safely.
I actually paid pretty much the same in delivery as I did for the item (£7.99 for hanky and 6.95 for delivery) which I think is too much. The item is ok but not worth £15 in my opinion.

good service!

options allowed me to email and check / verify the colour that both day and evening invitations were cream. Quick feedback given. Card used- medium to good quality- not very thick. Felt text had a glittery effect to it that u couldn't make out on website perhaps it should state this somewhere, as on first glance looks like printer was running out of ink.fairly good value for money.

Wonderful and very helpful service

I ordered the Order of Service for my sons forthcoming wedding and I can't thank Bride & Groom enough for all the help and assistance they have given me, as I needed to make a few amendments to the wording and made some additional requests and basically nothing was too much trouble. The Order of Service was beautiful and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant stuff !

I think the whole web site is amazing, so much to choose and sooo many ideas, its just deciding what to do and get. The magnets I ordered were great and different and I have had so many compliments on them, the only thing was,which was most probably my fault was the spelling mistake...... excited came out at exited, it would have been nice at the time of printing if some one had noticed that I was exited about my wedding and posted an email just to make sure that was the word I had intended to use, but as I say it was most probabaly my fault and any way no one has noticed the mistake lol.
I have intentions nearer the time of my wedding to order some other stuff from this web site, the stuff came quick and the only chat is a good idea if you have a quick question. Loved it , Brilliant !!!!
