i am a wholesaler. and i've been cooperated with beinwholesale for about 2 years. really like them!!! all the goods are received in about 7-9 days at my door. for those out-of-stock ones, they email me at once for me to choose replacements. if out of stock again, they will patially refunded me asap. for any problem about my order, they always offer me several solutions and solve it for me asap. i've contacted with them many times, either via email or phones...really love them!!! and will cooperate with them in the future....they make my business bigger and stronger...i really trust them! hope they offer more and more products...

ONCE I RECIEVED THE PURSES THE STRAP BROKE ON IT AND I TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY THEY DONT RETURN YOUR MESSAGES AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND THEY OFFERED ME $10 FOR MY TROUBLE AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD SATISFY ME COME ON NOW CAN YOU SAY COMPANY SUCKS BUTT PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE THROWN TOGETHER AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

I ordered 3 items . After paying over three hundered dollars company told me that everything was out of stock. After countless e-mails and no response.I finally got 2 items 1 month later. Still have yet to be refunded. Horrible communication buisness. I would not buy from these people. The product is junky as well. All I want is my money back.
