Awful. More like having a virus than a useful tool. I wish I could remove this bloatware. And then there is new Outlook. Get a grip, Microsoft.

Velocio Mortgage _ Misleading Client

I received information from Harrison O'Dell on 03/05/2026 at 11:00 am that my financing was finalized on my loan and he confirmed it was fine for me to get the cashier's check for the closing cost. Closing was to take place on Friday 03/06/26. I had arranged for movers since everything was "finalized" and 5 hours later while I was at the bank and had paid for movers, he sends an email stating that they had to push my closing date back to the next week. Reason being is that they were waiting on a document that should had been requested well in advance. I have purchased (3) homes and I have never had such a bad experience with this mortgage process - I will NOT recommend them to anyone and have had an awful experience. They made absolutely no effort to try and compensate me for the downpayment for my movers and was very nonchalant about the whole thing. BAD Business!!

This is becoming a real problem

This is becoming a real problem. Its getting worse and worse, Bing is hallucinating and using my name maliciously for different people and other genders. Frankly it's ridiculous to be so sloppy. And when i ask pilot, he again misconstrues it all. It's a mess and dangerous company who dilutes identities snd misrepresents.

Vavlovian Mimicry of Chrome

As a result of Vavlovian mimicry, is trying to look more and more like Google Chrome and tries to get me to use it, depsite the fact I have never deliberately installed it on my computer. It's basically a pop-up and an annoyance. This s*** has been going on for years.

Wowsers

Wowsers, the 'technical experts' in webmaster tools are absolutely useless. Wasted over an hour of my time and tell me to escalate it to Bing. This was even after remote screen sharing. They clearly do not know the content that users are seeing, off what they believe users are seeing. Clueless.

Bing much worse then other search engines

So I had been using Linux distribution so I had mostly used Google search or DuckDuckGo. But recently, I switch back to Windows and thought I would try Edge browser since it was built into Windows since I had not used it in some time. Of course Edge defaults to Bing search which now includes CoPilot AI as well. It really did not take me long to realize the results were just so bad for what I considered some rather vanilla type searches. I really expected better from Bing search especially now that AI is baked in. Even before AI I really had no issues with results in Google search or DuckDuckGo. Mostly satisfied with their results but Bing seems to be meddling in results to a point of steering results far more and in the wrong direction to boot. When you have to switch to another search engine just because Bing results were so off base. That's a telling sign that Bing needs a serious rethink of how it develops results.

Bing Elevating Malware Search Results

This is interesting. I've been denying anything but necessary MS software since the advent of windows ens***ification. Only yesterday did I finally decided to relent by allowing windows full control of its tragic glory. All of its preinstalled apps, Edge, Outlook, Bing as my search engine etc. In further context, I have never encountered malware in active runtime since windows 3.1

Well, today was my day. Although, I can't take full credit for such an incredible event. That I must ascribe upon none other than Microsoft Edge and very specifically Bing.

I did a routine search for crystal disk mark, having just performed a clean install. The usual download had fallen in search position, while the second result yielded a result found in the Microsoft Store, or so I thought...

Downloaded, scanned, extracted, properties, researched, all things bing bing bing. Executed, MOTHERBOARD MAYHEM. Fan typhoon, ram locked, one drive doing its own human centipede. Cold restart at what had to have been max voltage across the whole system. PcAppStore almost assassinated my rig and Bing ushered it right in to the theater.

I went to search after a restart and Bing told me that I need to be careful. I could not believe my 4:00 am eyes. Again, yes I clicked it. However, its position was elevated to the first non-sponsored result. I have never in my life had to worry about anything (provided such a common search term) being ranked in the top 10, let alone the 1st result, even using browsers far less prestigious in name than Bing.

Anyway, I think I'm gonna put Windows back in the corner. It's taken me less than a day to see that Windows as they intend poses a much larger threat to my tech than anything I've used in the last 30 years.

Negative one Bing. but I gave them 2 stars because I like the way Edge and other products seamlessly transition under one account control.

Well, off wipe another SSD. Careful out there.

I was interested in a pic on my start up page so I clicked Bling. What a huge mistake! It took over as my search engine without my permission and when I deleted it the app still remained as my starter page. This is not an app. It is a virus

Get rid of the AI in your system

Get rid of the AI in your system. I don't need a computer telling me what I want to look at or site I want to visit. What a bunch of crap. I have started moving just to Google to eliminate your AI COPILOT.
I know they use AI also but it seems to be less in your face.

Don't waste your time with Bing

So for the past several months, I have been earning reward points by searching and doing the dailies they have. I earned a little over 17k points, and when I went to redeem them, I couldn't. So, I contacted their support, and without a word, they suspended my account.
Do not bother earning reward points from them; they are a scam.
I've read others have issues redeeming with them too.

Used to be my favourite

I have been using this service since they started. I ranted & raved to everyone about it. I loved the rewards up until September.
Since September, I have been unable to spend points, only accumulate them. I have contacted customer service 5 times in 2 months, always getting the same generic answer about how their AI decided I'm not getting points in good faith (like ANY other system like this does that? Bing finally decided they choose their user's levels of morality based on a computer using an algorithm?) And how no humans can help at all because I guess the AI is their boss now?
I dunno. I have to guess, because customer service refuses to actually explain anything or even talk to you beyond the same lazy message.
Maybe they fix it and put HUMANS back in charge of dealing with HUMANS. I don't think AI will ever be able to fully run customer service. Bing has reinforced this theory 10 fold by doing the single dumbest thing I have seen any company do, and turning thousands (minimum) of their own fans against them.
Run your company in a way that doesn't make customers feel ignored, or get ready for a massive shift of income suddenly going to other companies. I could honestly care less at this point, you had 2 months to see this is a catastrophic failure. You can't see that, you deserve to fail and be kicked out on the streets
