The pictures and description accurately reflected the condition of the handbag. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I have complete confidence in my Fashionphile purchases and look forward to future purchases. I enjoy the option to have it delivered to my home (signature required) or to my local store.
Item, beautiful condition, exactly as described. Easy purchase and timely delivery
My Fashionphile order arrived right on time, and everything was packaged and shipped with great care. My item arrived safely and was exactly what I expected. I’m very pleased with my experience and would definitely order from Fashionphile again!
I had a really disappointing experience with Fashionphile on a $10k+ purchase that felt like one thing after another from the start.
The bag was shipped with an address mistake on their end. I asked Client Concierge to confirm they had used the correct address I provided, and they reassured me they had. They hadn’t. Once the mistake became clear, I tried getting help from multiple parts of the company and kept being told someone would follow up, but nobody actually did. I ended up having to correct it myself while the bag was already in transit.
When the bag arrived, it had been listed as “Very Good” condition, but there was significant staining inside the pocket and tears at multiple interior seams where light could literally pass through, none of which had been disclosed.
I contacted them and was offered either “a fee-free return and a full refund upon return” or a $75 site credit if I kept the bag. They said the $75 was simply a gesture of goodwill because "significant wear" had already been disclosed. I chose the return because the disclosed wear was exterior wear, not the seam tears and interior staining that were missing from the listing.
Then, when my refund was processed, they still deducted the return shipping fee despite telling me in writing the return would be fee-free.
I actually wasn’t going to leave a review because at least they provided an international return label. What really pushed me over the edge was seeing the exact same bag relisted afterward, downgraded from “Very Good” to “Good,” with “tear in seam” and “stain(s)” added after I had specifically raised those issues with them. They also added “painted or dyed” and plating wear, none of which had been disclosed in the listing I purchased from. I had also specifically asked before purchasing whether there was any indication the bag had been repainted or restored, because that can affect whether the brand will service it later, and I was told it was not listed on the description.
Seeing them later downgrade the condition and add all of those issues was especially frustrating. If the bag needed a lower condition rating and several new disclosures after I returned it, then clearly the original listing was not accurately describing what I received.
I’m an international customer, so this whole experience cost me extra time and money through currency conversion and the original shipping costs. I noticed that Fashionphile often asks negative reviewers to email them, but they already have my order number and the full history of this purchase. After having to repeatedly follow up throughout this process, I’d prefer not to be directed to email again.
After everything, the last email I received still ended with “We hope you consider shopping with FASHIONPHILE again in the future!” which honestly just made me laugh at that point.
I love my new purse. The description was correct. The shipping and delivery were fast.
The item was not in the condition expected. It looked more used/worn out than the descriptions online. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Still waiting for the return to be processed and for the refund.

Love the variety of bags I’ve found on FASHIONPHILE! However if you run into issues the customer service is SO POOR. They don’t respond to your emails. You have to keep prying on the chat to get attention to your issue. It’s terrible. Also the layaway option has failed me terribly. Unfortunately I’ve received bags not as described. I feel like a broken record trying to ask them to waive the fee for a return for something not shown or described. It’s like pulling teeth emailing them. I’d just be careful with layaway (don’t recommend) and definitely check bags carefully when receiving. Some of the representatives on the chat are so rude and disregard concerns. They end the chat abruptly. Have been so disappointed in FASHIONPHILE lately. Hard to want to keep shopping with them. They pride themselves in offering the upmost shopping experience but it’s definitely not the best. I get better customer service with Rebag.

I realize I put my old address on the order. When it was time to be delivered the manager would not change it. She was not willing to work with me. It was a mistake and she treated me like I was a criminal . I had to miss work drive a hour to my old location and wait for UPS. I know for a FACT she could have worked with me.

It went well just the purse was not authentic and not even at least made from a good material,

The purse is fantastic. Practically new with box and dust bag. I absolutely love it. Shipping is the only reason I gave it a 4. Said I would receive in 3 to 5 days and it took a week as it didn't ship out until 3 days after I purchased it.

Bag was more worn out than I thought it would be. The shoulder strap was detachable and I ended up throwing it out because of the discoloration and overall wear and tear of it. On top of that, there’s a smell inside the bag that mirrors that of a smokers house. I haven’t used the bag yet and don’t have any intention of doing so.
