have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. Mt billing/payment was handled through Amazon Subscriptions. This month (10/26) I found out that Amazon could no longer process the subscription. So, after trying to figure out how to Update my subscription payment through the App and computer, I decided to call C/S. The guy there said I would need to delete my account and then re-enstate. He said "everthing would remain the same. as long as I used the same email address." NOT TRUE... Now all of the shows that were scheduled to be recorded (Kept on the could for 9 months) needed to be re-scheduled and ALL PREVIOUS EPISODES WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ME TO WATCH... I called C/S again they said since I deleted my accounnt, that's the way it is...I can't believe that I couldn't just update my payment method and continue on... After being a loyal customer for 10 years, this is how you are treated... I will certinally be looking into other streaming companies. Couple this with the clumsy UI to set up recording processes and deleteing all of my previous recorded shows, I'm done...All I needed to do was UPDATE PMT METHOD...I was NEVER even one day late paying (it was handled through Amazon Subscription service) Tens of thousands of dollars and they could care less. TERRIBLE C/S

Recent increase of ads. Same shows and movies, nothing new is ever added.

This is a total rip off. If you get the basis subscription with ads, the happen every 5 minutes for 2 minutes. They want you to buy the premium with no ads. What used to be good for $8.00 with no ads, I immediately canceled. Can't even watch a show. Shame on you Greedy Hulu..

Garbage ads every 5mins. The ads are longer than the show/movie itself. I guess money talks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I subscribe to Hulu because I love the service it intends to offer. Specifically, it provides out of market hockey games and DVR service. Starting 2 to 3 years ago there have been errors in the DVR recording of games. Those errors have been increasing consistently during that time to the point where now it rarely works properly. Now some random games are beginning to not be available on Hulu or the ESPN app. These are not games that are locally broadcast or involve any blackout restrictions and Hulu has not done anything to resolve this or follow up with me as promised from the service teams. It would be great if it worked, or, if they were able to fix their service when it doesn't.

Hulu sucks and its free! Do you know how bad something has to suck to say that when its free! I get it free and i dont watch it! I cant believe there are people that pay for this nonsense! Everey movie is either great but 50 yrs old or new and completely sucks with actors i never heard of!!!!

We canceled our account immediately after Hulu raised the rates for Hulu Live for the second time in a year. We switched to YouTube TV and are saving $19 a month. After using YouTube for a single day, I am kicking myself for not changing sooner. Hulu Live is definitely harder to navigate and use and too expensive when factoring in all of the constant buffering and technical glitches when watching a recording.

I would give 0 stars if i could. First off, dont put old re runs under the "Live" section. If i select live i don't want to see a football game from last year. Second, just because I pause or rewind live TV, i then have to watch mandatory ads instead of fast forwarding back to live. Meaning I missed 3 minutes of the 4th quarter. Make it make sense.

First of all, being a paying customer the customer service is no service at all. It rarely works on my smart tv. I say this because they always ask if I have a smart tv. I guess I'm left with no alternative other than to cancel my subscription to hulu. I'm very disappointed in hulu's lack of concern for their customers!

Get ready for regular price increases even though channels get dropped. Check out all of the other streaming services unless you plan on your subscription increasing $10 per month, every month, until you die.

Extremely poor product. Freezes, locks up, logs you out in the middle of watching programs. Difficult to log back in Customer service reps are totally without knowledge. Their constant response is “I assure it’s fixed” and it’s not. They say they will call you back and their policy is they never call customers back. Sometimes it’s very hard to understand the representatives. Once we had someone who spoke English and knew what they were taking about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HULU no matter how attractive the promotional offer is.

This steaming service provider is a sham. I experience buffering errors 10 - 13 times a minute.

I would like to know why am I watching my programs and all I’m seeing is positive Republicans commercials? I did not subscribed to continue watching positive Republican commercials and nothing but negative Democrats commercials Hulu do better. I’m not paying for this. If I continue to see this on my programs, I will definitely cancel my subscription.

Absolute f$&@ing dogshit—I’ve never seen a larger company be scam artists. They charge $100 for Hulu + Live TV, and they constantly glitch out…like 4-5 times a sports game. Imagine watching your favorite team in the playoffs and it constantly lags out.

And it’s not just the live tv—any program, any show, LAGS OUT. They have no customer service; don’t like it? F$&k off. Well guess what, I’m f$&@ing off. And I hope the Better Business Bureau or the Federal Government destroys you. I will join that class-action lawsuit any day. Go f$&k yourselves.

On 9/26/2026 Hulu pulled the regular $89.99 form my account a couple days early. I thought nothing of it. On 9/29 I saw a flash announcement on my firestick opening screen that the price was going up to $99.99 per month as of 10/26. I tried to cancel my subscription, but since NO partial monthly bills are allowed, I would be billed on 10/26 for the full $100. It's bad enough that the Hulu app is not worth using, now I have to pay an increase fee for it. I went back to YoutubeTV with a free 21 day trial. After that I would be charged $82.99. I lost SNYTV, but baseball does not start again until March.

I have had a Disney plus Hulu bundle for a long time. They charged me for the full year in March and then canceled my plan cuz they said there was a duplicate plan which was not true and now they're charging me more and monthly. I pay for a whole year of bundle. I should have received that full year ye, they're ripping me off and telling me that programs no longer available then why did they charge me for it for a year? I called and was told that my bundle was no longer available and she realized they overcharged me and they're going to refund me money. Just let me have the bundle I paid for. I don't want a refund. I want what I paid for

I can't actually review HULU because I've personally lost two gift card trying to use HULU,which I found out the hard way that they don't honor the gift cards that you buy from the store(any store that have HULU name on it) unless you give them your financial institution info, all of it, which I don't understand why they would need it if the gift should/would be honored. It makes no sense, if you're not go to honor your own trademark/copyright gift cards, take them out of any retail establishment, problem solved.

Anytime I rewind a show or a movie and press play it keeps skipping and it's been doing this for the last 2 years why haven't you members of who fix this yet. I have Netflix I have peacock I have HBO Max pretty much every other streaming app and they have no and I'm saying all of them have no salty website but Hulu you guys are faulty I'm literally about to cancel my subscription and I'm going to let everyone know on forums My friends over Facebook to not join Hulu and the friends and family I have that don't have it I'm going to tell them that it's not worth it it's faulty and apparently these people do not give a shit. I'm going to report all of Hulu and I hope everyone else does. This is crap

The fact that your company is increasing its prices in a climate where things are so bad for families financially is disgusting. It is not like you are providing new programming or giving better service, you are just charging more because you feel that you can. I am going to switch my service as soon as I can and get my entire family and friends to do the same! Your company is despicable! And anyone who reads this you should follow suit. Hulu does not deserve anyone’s business!
