I downgrade my plan for the cheapest…
I downgrade my plan for the cheapest one because I was using it during weekends only. I know if I downgrade there’s advertisements which is ok with me. But I didn’t know I cannot cast it to my Tv. How can I enjoy watching movie in a phone or in tablet? I have a big screen Tv that I cannot use. Im very disappointed with Netflix. I even don't want to give it even one star.

Keep an eye on your monthly bank statements. Reason: Netflix allow you to get scammed. Some sad sack pretended to be me, so I ended paying for their service for months.
There's no sense of urgency from these people, when you advise them of a scam..nor an apology. The girl on phone was like a robot, with no obvious emotions.
I suggested that maybe you guys send out some sort of alert, asking if 'this is you?' ec..to prevent stuff like this. Like talking to a wall.
Anyway, had to speak with my bank to raise the issue, to see if I can get the cash back.

I was enjoying some of their content until they 'blocked' my account for "suspicious activity" but when i asked what this was they couldn’t answer me... I paid the month's subscription and lost my service just 5 days later. When i asked for a refund, i was told to ask my bank for it. Talked to my bank and they needed an email from Netflix explaining why i was due a refund and for how much.... Netflix wouldn't do that so..... I just got very bored with all the time wasted trying to sort this out and eventually just gave up. I stream from other places now, cheaper and without any problems**

I enjoy the countless amount of shows and movies that are on the app. Mutiple genres and categories that i could continue discovering during my free times. Really enjoy the download to watch offline feature as well

Netflix double charged me and refuses…
Netflix double charged me and refuses to refund me saying that it's technically not possible, only the bank can do it. Bank said the contrary, Netflix is in charge if it's their fault. The chat box for complaints is a Desaster, they couldn't solve the problem. Netflix steals money from your acoount and is not able/willing to refund. This is theft!

My main problem is with their customer service its just terrible. My subscription all of a sudden stated I took someone off my subscription I have me the owner of the subscription as the additional person also. I kept saying I am the main person could not get that thru to to even the head supervisor. The main issue is that my friend is removed and I cannot add him back on till next month. The main person I talked too was like foreign. I also talked to the main manager and they could not help me I was so pissed off at them. I said you guys can over rule the policy as I did not make any changes to my subscription although they said I did. Not a GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

I have an account originally in Australia and I was transferred to Thailand for a year. I could access my account when I was in Thailand with no issue. When I went back to Australia for a few weeks, I could not access my account anymore. Through online chat, the agent told me that I need to cancel my account and he will help me create and account for Thailand. Once he did that, I had to pay for a new subscription. I tried accessing Netflix from Australia and I could not get in. Stupid of me to pay for the subscription then coz when I got back to Thailand, I still could not access to Netflix!! and that is already 2 weeks of the subscription I could not access it. I went online to get the agent to help me and I was told my account is for Australia!!! I told the agent that could not access it when I was in Australia and she/he told me to cancel my account and create a new one for Thailand. WTF! I asked for a refund and she/he told me that Netflix is prepaid and no refund is available. I told her/him that I did not get access to Netflix even when I was in Australia and by law, when a service is not provided, refund is the next possible step. He/she just kept telling me I can't access Netflix is because my account is for Australia and I have no access while I am in Thailand. Anyway, Netflix services is getting worse and I feel like I have been scammed. SO buyer beware!!!

Raise their prices once again because they want to give us better servers as well oh my gosh it takes forever to find a good movie on here no sporting events they told me that I would have service until May 15 and they canceled my service like maybe three hours after I told them I was gonna cancel… I chatted and I called an agent doesn’t matter to them.. they don’t give customers anything for free and no specials like other lighting companies. It is not the place to be anymore

Netflix would still be the prime…
Netflix would still be the prime streaming service if they would stop the household sharing issue. I own multiple homes and Netflix has only allowed me to establish one home so 66% of the time I am unable to use my account. This is the wrist aspect of Netflix. I would enjoy the streaming service if I could actually use it but my kids still need to watch it at home so I do not get the luxury. Netflix please fix this issue.
