Why did you switch the formula for Olay Complete? Updating the container and box is one thing, but switching up the formula was a terrible idea. I have used this product for over 20 years. I also am aware that a lot of other people have complained about this. We can only hope that you go back to the other formula. This one is breaking people's faces out.

I was using Gain flings for quite a few years until recent.It seems they have intensified their ingredients which has caused me to have allergic reactions to the detergent I have been using gain flings for years and no issues at all! After getting my allergic reaction and battling it for over a week (because I thought I had Jock Itch)Let me tell You.... I went through some pain! I researched if there was a change in ingredients. They recently did!!! Well, I got it sooo bad that it went from my groin area to my thighs and hands!! I cant use this product anymore!!! I switched to seventh generation.

Tried to fill a form online, received an email stating I had reached the wrong team. Instead of forwarding my initial email to the correct department, they sent me a link to an online form. This online form does not work, when you try to fill in the ‘product/barcode’ section you cannot leave this blank. I tried to type in ‘Febreze’ as well as the actual barcode of the product but it kept saying ‘we couldn’t find any results’. Therefore my query does not submit and there is no way to get help with faulty products. Useless

Proctor&Gamble continue to advertise…Food residue on dishes
Proctor&Gamble continue to advertise diswashing detergents wit the emphasis on putting dishes with large deposits of food residue into dishwashers.
As a service engineer with 50 years experience,this should not be done.I would also recommend Rinsing off all plates with residue on them before placing them in any dishwasher .
While the filter in the bottom of the machine will collect some of the residue ,small particles will get through which will eventually block the spray arms and reduce the quality of the wash .Furthermore grease left on dishes will accumulate in the pipes which eventually cause the machine to malfunction.
Cleaning solutions will only remove a certain amount of these residue .
These issues will eventually result in expensive repairs which could be otherwise be avoided.

I have tried to talk to the company but they see it as a "preference" and ignore how many people get sick from their products. Just because we are a minority doesn't mean we deserve to suffer
NOAA has done scientific studies showing how these products cause ozone pollution similar to car smog.

I thought shelf life only applied to milk and cheese.
Anyway, they were very nonchalant about my concerns and did not offer any solutions other than going to the store and buying another package and using it.
They also said to make sure the fabric softeners have not expired !
I stopped using Tide years ago and switched to Persil. Much better detergent.
I will now also stop using the only other P&G product that I use, Bounce.

proctor and gamble own native shampoo, and man that stuff is absolutely garbage. It made my hair fall out and my scalp burn, I’m not the only one. They falsely advertise and sell you over priced poison.

I sorry that you feel the need to show human pubic hairs on a tv commercial. We are all aware of what your product can without being so crude. So my options of purchasing your products have changed. Until you realize you can advertise your products discreetly I am switching brands.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I am waiting for 10 months for a reimbursement of the broken Oral B io9 toothbrushes. Ref 26532910. I keep getting the response: "This is still pending with the internal departments." I have escalated again on the 18th June 2025, with the reference 27286927. Still no reimbursement. This is clearly not acceptable.

I’vr purchased and used your SafeGuard soft for the last 40 years. It was recommended to m,e by my dermatologist. I still use it, for now. You’ve been shrinking the size of the bar steadily for the past several years. Shrinkflation! Now the bars are 1/2 the size they used to be for the same price. Either make a larger bar and charge more if you have to but stop trying to fool the consumer with the smaller size for the same cost. If not, I’m switching to another brand.

HONDOS STORE,KOLONAKI, ATHENS GREECE: A promotion lady next to Gillette Fusion shaving blades assured me that if I buy any P&G blades of value over €20 and send the proof receipt to P&G Epithimies special department in Greece, I will receive P&G vouchers worth €10. I did so and I received a response that I am not qualified. Though I completely complied with the rules of the promotion I feel totally deceived. Too bad P&G. Never again. No Ariel, no blades. No P&G products. I have just seen that everybody rates you with 1 star. I wish I knew!

Whate a pathetic company of grips. Sent photos 3 times for Costco Australia promotion yet continue to reject application due to photos taken by IPhone 15 What a load of rubbish. Submitted photos 3 times and continue to reject applications for one reason or another. Bunch of grubs.
Secret Deordant
I've used Secret deodorant for years, and it’s really frustrating how the commercials continue to claim it keeps your underarms dry. In my experience, it absolutely does not. The product fails to deliver on that promise, which feels misleading. I think it’s time the brand stops advertising claims that don’t reflect the actual performance. It does however cover the smell and they smell amazing.
Oral-B iO8
I’ve had my Oral-B iO for around a year and a half, and it’s superb. I personally prefer an electric toothbrush and always have as it helps stop my gums from bleeding, and it cleans better overall anyways. I used to use a green Junior Kids electric toothbrush because I mean, it did the job, but since having the iO8 it’s quieter, and charges so much faster which is my main benefit. Whether the app connectivity is essential is down to the user, I personally use it, but the brush head change reminders are generally gonna be helpful to anyone. Overall the iO toothbrushes, or at least the iO8 for me, has been pretty damn good, if you get it please get it on offer because it’s expensive, but for the performance and the thorough cleaning, it certainly does what you need it to well, and some.
