Most things in stock. No problem navigating site. Prices better than some competitors.
BUT I was dismayed to find that SHOP was involved. I do not want to purchase from an inter mediator. Recently I was automatically signed up and recd some charge.

Horrible service, been waiting over two weeks for an item that was supposed to be delivered in three days, have contacted them twice and still no reply or feedback. Appalling

I looked at this site. Entered my email for a promo code then immediately started receiving 2-3 spam emails from them a day. I mean really, who wants to get slammed with junk these days. It was a huge turn off.

It's so easy to find what I want on this website. I love being able to narrow down my choices so I don't have to look through pages and pages of stuff I'm not interested in.

Still waiting over a week for a delivery that was “supposed” to be here two days ago and then on a truck for delivery today and the only update was 7 days ago. Totally unacceptable way of doing business shop someplace else.

I purchased Peter Grimm Unisex Original Lifeguard Hat. It was too light weight and dented when I simply rested it overnight with some pressure on one edge. I doubt it will stand up to wind. My prior lifeguard hats were much heavier weight and held up better. Also, there was not a band inside that went all around, but just a patch in front of the forehead. In my opinion, this is a cheaply made hat, and I regret buying it.

Paying for expedited shipping is a joke. The website FAQs specifically state that once the tracking number is created, the shipping is 2 days. That is incorrect. I paid for 1-2 day shipping due to an urgent need. However, it will take 4 days to get here. Customers pay for the faster shipping for a reason. If your carrier cannot fulfill what is posted on your website, change your shipping information. Also, a refund of the shipping should be automatic if your carrier does not meet your shipping policy. My items will arrive too late now. So, why did I pay for the expedited shipping?

This is definitely an online shop with everything a swimmer could want or need!

Very disappointed with their product and quality. I spent a lot of money to buy my granddaughter items for her regional swim meet. Waited a couple of weeks when I did not receive my items I called. It was told that my items were being held up in customs, called again and was told it was lost by customs so as you can see, I wasn’t really getting the exact story. Her pajama bottoms were supposed to be embroidered and instead they did a rush order with iron on that came off when the pants were ran through the washer, they felt that 20% off my order justified all of the misinformation I was being given and the delay in receiving my products which took over three weeks or more to get, I will never purchase another item through this site. I will look elsewhere in buying her bathing suits. The whole experience with swim outlet was so disappointing.

Lie about shipping which is very frustrating. Still after a week of saying “has shipped” and has not reached shipper! Why lie?

The referral bonus is a lie. I don’t know what the credit might apply to, but nothing I’ve tried. You’d think customer service would be willing to help, but the only responses I’ve receive to chat, text AND email messages were a few from some bot which promised to send me to a real person, but never did. I won’t shop with a company that doesn’t respond to customer inquiries, and I strongly regret recommending it to my friend.
