I really really hate that my 'Sort by' isnt saved. Why would you not have a simple setting for that? just one of the many little things twitch could do better. I HAD to write this review because its impossible to get through to support...

I have prime and have to renew my one subscription every month. After 3 months of subscribing, it should give me the option to automatically renew, if not sooner. Terrible user interaction.

Well to start, the app is absolutely useless—it constantly crashes, on top of that, the stream strike system is terrible; if someone is streaming and has internet issues—bam, it resets, even if they go live again the same day, it seems like Twitch has its own agenda regarding when the "next day" starts for stream strikes—it's a useless system, or you're watching, but the strike doesn't get counted at all; you have to restart the app for it to get the strike count—it's useless.

Hello everyone, unfortunately, I’m leaving a negative review in the hope that it will be heard. On March 7, I received an invitation to become a Twitch partner. Today is September 7, and I still can’t use the partner features because the status has been under review for 6 months. The support team doesn’t respond to inquiries, and if they do, it’s without any results. I have sent more than 30 requests, but the registration process has not been restored, and overall, it seems that they have not grasped the essence of the problem I indicated in the request. I hope Twitch will see this and be willing to help resolve the issue, thank you.

Terrible website with poor setup, tools and constant inane chatter scrolling the screen. The drop rewards rarely work right and getting them to work in my games is even more difficult. The whole twitch drop system should be closed and let the games provide the rewards directly. I hate Twitch, but not as much as HIMs!

These jokers have no clue about free speech they refuse to let you speak about politics or religious opinions, they refuse facts logic and the law!

Gifted subs are twitch employees or streamers 90% on the time..
I was sat In a 50 people stream today for hours and everyone got gifted, everyone! 50 subs, only 50 people watching or lower but I did not receive said sub! Streamers are using fake accounts to sub their own streams using your money! Hype trains are a way for them to advertise subs!

Wake up go play your own games!

These people don't like you they use your money so they can hide away or fly away on holiday while your waiting for them to stream.

Wake up stop paying to watch scammers half the people on twitch you wouldn't even talk to in the streets why are you giving them money?

Unfortunately, I have recently had the Sisyphean task of contacting Twitch support. They have no phone or live support option for anyone other than Twitch partners meaning for the past couple of weeks I've had back and forth emails with days of gaps in between their responses. In none of these responses has my initial question been answered. I know this sounds ridiculous and that I must be overlooking their answer, but sadly no, I have literally spent weeks going back and forth receiving the same email in different words explaining a policy that doesn't address my actual concern. Truly the worst customer service experience of my life. Be warned not to trust promotions or data protection.

For music and DJ, the two categories are drafts. Disc jockeys are often in the music category when they have a DJ category just for them. It’s a bit like if the players of Valorant were accessible and would play in the Street Fighter 6 category, which means that it’s irrational and illogical.

The many 24/7 radios with their screen frozen, nothing to do with playlists, maybe run by artificial intelligence, which are mixed into the same category as the music of artists who evolve with video movement behind their screens. I think DJs and musicians could get the same respect as those who play video games. Because if video games were all mixed up together in two categories, you would understand better what I’m saying to find out what interests you. I’m glad that Truspilot isn’t censoring my post.

The amount of ads shown before you can even watch a short clip is getaing ridiculous. I sat through multiple commercial breaks just to watch a live feed, and it completely ruins the flow of the broadcast. Support offers no help whatsoever regarding account lockouts. Uninstalled the app today.

Twitch breaks the law. Twitch affiliate ads are exponential per break. I had to watch HOURS of ads before I could even watch TPP one time! Hours of ads for ONE BREAK! And that’s not the worst break! A day is! As a warning for future people on the platform, DO NOT GO.

Twitch has cool content, but the ads are super annoying and really take away from the experience. I wish they'd cut back.

Compete garbage

They have a bug "Please enable two-factor authentication to obtain your stream key.", while 2fa is enabled. They have this bug for years. And nobody cares to fix. If this problem appears you have no way to start streaming, doesn't matter what until it resolves itself in a couple of days.

They pay zero attention to their customers.

Less than 1. They engage in fraud. And I'm going to go after them. Don't ever use them.

I am extremely frustrated with the support for this issue. My phone number is linked to another account and despite contacting support, nothing has been resolved. The replies are generic, repetitive, and do not address the actual problem. There is no real solution provided and the issue remains ongoing. This has made the platform difficult to use and the support experience has been very disappointing.
