Missing Wine
I placed an order for 5 bottles of two different wines. Received a shipping notice with a UPS tracking number.
supposed to be delivered 9/11/26 between 1:30 and 3:30.
I got a UPS notice that it was delivered 9/10 to an address in Ohio. I live in Illinois. I let Vivino know it was misdelivered.
This afternoon 1 bottle was delivered to me. Not sure where the other 4 bottles are. Haven't heard from Vivino.

I’m kind of over Vivino
I’m kind of over Vivino. They give delivery estimates that are never close. I travel for work and I need more reliable delivery windows. This current order is coming close to two weeks beyond the original window.
I live in a small city and have limited access to good wine selection. Have had substitutions and wrong bottles sent.
