I've had ACD internet service both business class and residential class in several of my different offices and apartments. I can say universally that these guys suck pretty badly. We get intermittent dropouts and outages for various lengths of time it seems like every day. On top of that, their "top of the line" Voice-Over-IP business phones that we just recently purchased randomly reboot themselves while we're on calls with clients. THAT screams "awesome product" to me...
I know a lot of us are locked in to internet providers because of geographic location or lack of options in our area or whatnot. Still, based on the trouble we continue to have with these guys I'd avoid them if you can.
Oh...the only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 star is because their tech support guys are really friendly and honestly try to be helpful. They can't fix a damn thing but they try and they're nice about it.
