Efficient delivery time and communication throughout. Discounted price much appreciated! Love the trainers. Would of been 5 Stars if it wasn't for the damaged shoe box (as someone who likes to keep footwear in their boxes) and also no inserts to keep trainers shapely.
I would order again and hope to give full 5 Star rating next time around.

'Fast despatch - worldwide delivery'
'Order will usually be despached in 24-48 hours'
These are some quotes that drew me in, along with 'We process orders really fast, so we've added a short 15-minute window for you to double-check all the order details'
Very dissapointed, ordered on the 6th and not recived any update at all that product is despached.
Claiming that something is 'Really Fast' means just that, in this case it seems to be 'really slow' though.
Should have had a look o trustpilot first, seems to be a recurring theme.

Ordered a 72 pound pair of boots for my daughter paying extra for next day delivery and I was sent 1 boot in a size 5 and a second boot which was a different model in a size 5 and a half and both boots looked like they had just been thrown in the box. Currently trying to resolve with their email address.

I do not recommend this company to…
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. They lack a customer care system. I had to spend $17 to return a product, and there’s no option to replace it once it’s returned. They even changed my original snapping charge to my credit card, which I have to pay $11. This is highway rubber. Think twice before purchasing anything from this company. It’s truly disappointing!

Really disappointed with my experience…
Really disappointed with my experience with Pro:Direct. I bought a pair of football boots that developed a large tear after my teammate tackled me in training and his stud got caught in my boot, this was only a week after getting them. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was rejected after inspection.
The reason given was that the boots had been used on an artificial surface which is the incorrect surface for FG boots, despite me only briefly walking across artificial turf to get to the natural grass pitch. I only used the boots on grass (FG surface) even with that being the case i did not see what the surface had to do with the tear from a stud, just trying to find a way to get out of giving a refund in my opinion. I am now getting the faulty football boots sent back to me.
I felt the issue wasn’t properly considered and the response was very frustrating. I’ve always thought Pro:Direct was a reliable retailer, so I expected much better when dealing with a faulty product.
Definitely reconsidering shopping here in the future.

Having reviewed the details, the damage reported was caused when another player's stud became caught in the boot during use. Unfortunately, this is considered accidental damage rather than a manufacturing fault, and as such would not be covered under the product warranty regardless of the playing surface used.
During our inspection, signs of use on an artificial surface were also noted on the boots. However, we'd like to clarify that the claim would still have been declined as the cause of the damage was determined to be external impact damage rather than a defect in materials or workmanship.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, particularly given how recently the boots were purchased, and we understand your frustration. All warranty claims are assessed on the nature and cause of the fault to ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers.

Returns is a nighmare...
Pay for 24 hours delivery, never had the items in 24 hours. and retruns is a nightmare. Go through the process and it does not recognise order.
