ordered a costume for son on 18th of oct. Got a confirmation email and then nothing happened. Tried emailing but emails keep coming back saying no website. I feel scammed and really pissed off. Where is the order? where is the website? I want my money back or send the dang order.
Had the same experience as many other people: item was shipped to a completely different address and now I can't contact the seller at all, not through any email address associated with the company and not even through Paypal. I can't even file a dispute with Paypal because for some reason the transaction doesn't appear on my account!
The website went down shortly after Halloween so I'm guessing the website was a scam that was made to profit off of people looking for Halloween costumes.
I ordered from them for Christmas presents last year and I received 2 things out of the 7 I ordered. I contacted them repeatedly over 2 months. I got the same "Have you contacted your post office?" "We've already sent it" "We're still making it" and the one they LOVED to say "I don't have any record of that, I'm sorry".. I checked with my post office almost everyday and finally just gave up. They weren't going to give me the item I ordered or my money back. So I lost over 50$ dealing with these people. It seems to be a hit and miss with these people. But they're very well known for just taking your money and never giving you what you want.
i have ordered stuff before and they were one piece iphone case, mouse and wanted posters. i didnt get the mouse so i let it slide away although i was satisfied with the complete set of posters but this time i ordered a trafalgar law sweater on Oct. 14 regardless about making it into halloween or not and since that day i have been checking and checking everyday for the tracking number to show up on canada post. i want my money back. also i asked the company through facebook

checked the hongkong post says its been shipped out but nope. worst thing that happened to me is that i didnt even know i got banned from asking where my shit has gone to. i just want my money back Wen. or if i get it even thou you owe me a One Piece Mouse i will call it fair.
So I order a mouse in the middle of August, waited 13 business days like they promise it'll arrive by and then with no delivery yet I emailed them. "Alice" was sure to email me right away and so I didn't worry about it. BUT...I waited 25 business days the second time and sure enough still nothing. At that point I was worried and very disappointed since the mouse I bought (which was roughly $30) was for my boyfriends birthday (his birthday was August 28). So right away I emailed "Alice" ONCE again and she "promised" to check with the post office and have them resend my order. Well....nothing came so I finally just emailed her stating I wanted a refund and instead she gave me a tracking number, so I was fine with that for now....until nothing came that is. For the final time I restated in the email how I wanted a refund or I would complain....but the email was unable to send and I kept getting a failure of sending email. I tried to go on their site to only find it has been closed down. What a disappointment!!...Not only has this left myself unset, but it has left my mom unset, as well as has left my boyfriend disappointed and mad at the company. AllAnimeCosplay deserves NO stars and I surely hope paypal will give a refund to everyone who has had the same experience as myself.
I ordered two iphone 5C cases on 14 October 2013 for my granddaughter. Had an email saying order was sent on 17 October 2013 (they estimated I would get it in 7-15 business days.) giving me a tracking number not recognised by Australia Post. I sent two emails to support which were not answered and today (14 Nov 2013) found the website closed down. I paid by Pay Pal and have raised a claim, but don't expect to get the goods or my money back. My only consolation is that it wasn't a great deal of money - about $30.00 USD
I ordered some items back in September 29. I sent them several e-mails. According to the tracking numbers they provided, my items were delivered in IL and OR. I live in CA. "Alice" said she will look into it. I never received the items I ordered. Now that I sent another e-mail, their account is closed. Their webpage it's also closed.
my partner and I ordered costumes about a week before Halloween for my son's 1st birthday with express delivery. They didn't turn up and wasn't given a tracking number so we could keep updated with where our package was. Even after all the emails we still didn't get an answer was really dissappointed as all our guests dressed up yet my sons own parents couldn't...then went to their website and Facebook pages only to find they had deleted both...feel totally scammed its so easy for wankers to scam people especially when they use a trusted services like paypal for all payments...if any one could please help me out about getting our money back please comment...we have two babys and with Christmas coming up that money would come in handy ...
Placed our order on October 19 for Mikasa costume from "Attack on Titan" , we paid for express shipping as we wanted the costume for Halloween. Received a replied from Alice (Allanimecolsplay support ) on October 23, informed us that they have mailed out our order and that we will received within 3 to 5 days, a tracking number was provided to us as well.
On October 29, we received email from Canada Post that our package was send to Parry Sound but we live in Toronto! I contacted Canada Post and finally managed to track down the post office where the package was delivered to, and spoke to a postal service staff on the phone, only to find out that the package was not even addressed to us.
I contact Alice via email and informed her of my findings, she replied that she do not know what had happened and will try to track our package. She assured us that they will rush our order over by courier express if it was their mistake. I did not hear from her untilI I send her an email on October 31asking her about the verdict as it was already Halloween, She then claimed that the manufacturer did not have enough time to reshipped our order and offer a full refund. I asked her to send my order anyways as my daughter still wanted the costume. I did not received anymore reply from her after that !
I have since filed a dispute with paypal, 6 days has passed and no one responded from this company. I tried contacting them through their support email address, of course it was to no avail.
I would give them 0 stars, but that's not possible. My sister ordered a mouse & some plushies totaling $46.88 with shipping. That was on 9/22/13. We still have not received the order. The tracking info they gave us for this order plus a free item that they were supposed to send for the inconvenience showed as arriving in FL & NY - we live in IL. Then I requested a full refund about 2 weeks ago & still haven't received it. And now when I try to e-mail them, I get a delivery failure message. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE! And this is just the first step I am taking - giving a bad review for a scamming, POS "company." I don't know why other people would give them anything but 1 star, but they were clearly not dealing with the same people I was.
Bought a costume and was given a tracking number of someone else. They said they will ship a new one immediately. When asks for updates and new tracking number. They blocked me to send message to them. Not only my daughter is sad for not having costume for Halloween. Is the whole month waiting and hoping someone to contact us irritate the most. I open case in paypal. Its been 3 days and they haven't respond to it yet.
I bought a costume from AllAnimeCosplay on October 25th and also purchased express shipping (2-4 business delivery time). The package was suppose to be here by now.
I live in California, but when I called usps about my package update they told me that my package had (still has) a totally different address and isn't even being shipped to California.
If this isn't going to be resolved I'd rather just get a full refund; Especially on the express shipping. I'm sorry, but I will not be paying $15 extra for a package that is simply going to get here two weeks or so later than payed for.
I have emailed them with my concern/complaint and even messaged them on their Facebook page. I have received no response and still no package.
I tried to take initiative and fix the shipping address problem myself, but usps can only fix it if I have the company's address, weight of the package, and postage price, which I have none of. I attempted to contact AllAnimeCosplay once more to simply send me that information...nothing. I am more than dissatisfied with this company and trust me when I say I will never be purchasing anything from their store again.
I want a full refund on my purchase if that wasn't clear enough.
Over a month ago, I ordered some necklace for my daughter. Every day for the last month I have to look her sad face when she realise that necklace is not delivered yet, although it was promised for delivery before Haloween. Today I tryed to send e mail to the cusomer support, but my e mails just bounced back, due to the inactive e mail adress. Their website is no longer active, and without any new info - I had to presume that I got scamed. I filled claim today at PayPal service, maybe they can get me a refund from Allanimecosplay. The hardest part of all is not the eventually lost few dollars but my daughters sad face, because she wanted that necklace very much and she doesn't understand what went on.
We purchased a Goku costume from this company 2 1/2 weeks before Halloween and never received it and even paid for expedited shipping to make sure we received it on time. The costume was shipped to an unknown address in Santa Maria, CA. Contacted customer service and they said they didn't know how this happened and assured us that a replacement would be shipped out ASAP via courier express. I asked for a Tracking # and they sent one but it turned out to be invalid. We paid via PayPal and now are requesting that our $$$ be returned. At first they (Alice) said in order to receive a refund they needed our Credit Card # , exp date, CSV code. I told them, "Hell No!". Why should we give you that information if we paid by PayPay. This company is a scam. Our emails are now blocked and the site is down. We're working with PayPal to get our $$$ returned.
I did not receive my order for 40 days now and get standard e-mail answers. They were friendly, the contact person was just "Alice". I got nervous because the tracking number i got was stuck on 60% for a long time(30 days now), their homepage is down, their facebook page is down and my e-mails cant be sent to them. I payed with Paypal and recalled my money today. I hope i will get it back, but i am nervous i wont, because it does not seem reliable anymore.
they had sponsored me for a free costume which is very high quality and well tailored. I am very happy for their gesture and kindness :) I also bought a wig & 2 pillows from allanimecosplay. The prices are very competitive and the selection is huge. I would definitely recommend anyone for their anime cosplay & toys needs.
From past reviews they may seem like a legitimate business, but most if not all the consumers who purchased a costume expecting it to be shipped before Halloween have been given the run around.
Me and many others had their item shipped to the wrong location, they wouldn't provide refunds or even reply to some e-mails. Beware. They have been deleting our complaints off their Facebook page and even banning some people who they scammed.
