The delivery timing was fine, but the product was horrible. If I was just rating the leggings with skirt, it would get a big fat zero. The material was stretchy and there was no structure to the garment at all. In my haste, I thought I had ordered two sizes, but I ended up with two of the same size. It wouldn’t have made any difference; don’t buy them.

Friendly and very helpful staff at the Eldon Square branch arranged for a pair of boots to be delivered next day as they didn’t have my size in store. That’s not so unusual, but the customer service was excellent.

I was shipped the wrong item- I ordered…
I was shipped the wrong item- I ordered a sweater and received a 2pc dress that smelled strongly of someone else’s perfume. It came directly from a store so it made me wonder if it had already been returned before. Once I realized the mistake, I went online to re purchase the sweater but it was sold out (it was on sale). A very disappointing experience. I’m a long time customer and have come to expect better service.
