Excellent service and price for PTZ camera
Online order for PTZ Optics camera, at a very good price, was processed and delivered very promptly, arrived well packaged in perfect condition. It was good to get a follow-up call from Holly to ask whether all is OK - not something you'd get from some very large companies I can think of! I don't expect to be in the market for anything similar in the near future, but if so would happily shop here again.

I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and the customer support I received.
I specifically ordered a ViewSonic projector on Tuesday because the company's website clearly advertised a guaranteed next working day delivery, meaning I expected to receive the item on Wednesday. This delivery promise was the main reason I chose to purchase from them.
After placing my order, I was informed that delivery would be delayed until Thursday or Friday. When Thursday arrived, I received another update advising that delivery had been pushed back yet again, this time until Monday the following week.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I explained to customer service that I urgently needed the projector for a large event we were hosting over the weekend, with an audience of approximately 700 people. The projector was a critical piece of equipment for the event, and the delivery guarantee was the deciding factor in my purchase.
Unfortunately, rather than taking ownership of the issue or offering any practical solution, the company simply blamed Royal Mail for the delay. No alternative options, compensation, or genuine attempt to help were offered despite the significant inconvenience caused.
As a result, we were forced to urgently source another projector at short notice to ensure the event could go ahead. This created unnecessary stress, additional work, and considerable inconvenience.
I understand that delivery delays can happen, but if a company advertises a guaranteed delivery service, customers should be able to rely on it. More importantly, when things go wrong, customer service should be willing to help rather than passing the blame elsewhere.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and would be hesitant to purchase from them again.

Home cinema in garden chalet shed
I am setting up a home cinema in my shed and needed some advice on a screen and a mounting bracket for the projector. I spoke to Hamish who was very knowledgeable and polite.
Knowing my budget he advised what was available for the money, without up selling me something I did not require. I ordered directly from him . Within a few minutes I had an email confirming the order. He also sent me the technical specification's and instructions for both products in another email. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that has employed staff that care and knows their products well.

We recently purchased four Microsoft Teams Rooms systems from AV Parts Master and the service from start to finish was exceptional.
Communication throughout the ordering process was clear and proactive, and the team were knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in answering our questions. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived exactly as expected, well packaged and ready for deployment.
What stood out most was the overall customer experience. The ordering process was straightforward, the pricing was competitive, and the level of service gave us confidence that we were dealing with a trusted supplier.

24 hour delivery but communication could be better
The item we ordered was in stock and delivered next day. However we didn't get any updates on the dispatch or the tracking and assumed it was out of stock. We were pleasantly surprised to receive it early afternoon less than 24h after ordering.
