Address mess up and frustrating "no resolution"
I ordered fabric for about 360 Euros. Due to moving countries I updated my address and received an order confirmation with my new address and country - assumption would be that the system updated the address properly. Colour me surprised when I received my dispatch e-mail only to see my old address as the delivery address. By the time I could contact support to maybe resolve this the parcel was already on its way to my old address. I spent a week and several calls to figure out a solution. Got many people telling me one thing which was then named as wrong by others. The only solution they could offer me was to have the parcel "sit" in the parcel shop, have it return to them and get a refund and then reorder what I initially ordered and a lot of "We can only offer our apologies" and "Yeah, you need to e-mail us if your address changes." Why can I change it in the account settings then? You need to have a disclaimer for that or have how your system operates updated.
Anyways, I will not buy again. I do not blame the support staff who clearly tried to help me but this whole process was so frustrating and I still sit here with no fabric that I would've needed a week ago.
Please get your system in check with address changes or have a disclaimer somewhere. And please align your support staff on resolution offers because clearly there is some gaps there.
Also no offer to maybe make this whole thing feel a bit less crappy.
Shame, I really liked the products from previous orders, but this was the nail in the coffin for me.

Wrong product no customer service
I ordered a small box 35*25*5.5 nothing special.
when after almost 2 weeks my product finally arrived it was completely different than what I ordered.
I asked what happened and they advised me I could either get the correct part or credit nota.
I asked them to send me a new one and I returned their wrong item.
The next day I got told I will need to buy a new product and if they receive my wrong item they will credit me.
Why should I buy a new product what a BS it'll take another 2 weeks for it to come as well nope not gonna happen
I want my money back worst customer service

Disappointed
Disappointed. Really like the selection, quality and prices. Says 2-3 days for delivery. Ordered on Monday morning and then come Tuesday states will be dispatched on Wednesday. This is 4-5 days delivery, at least. I've now had to cancel and instead will have to find a shop to buy my costume.
No option for expedited delivery.
