The worst customer service and overall…
The worst customer service and overall rules of all shopping sites out there! Bought a couple of Khaite bags and payed in full through my bank and the order was cancelled due to it was deemed as an ”excessive buy” even though I am a recurring customer and I payed in full in advance?! Why sell expensive brands if you’re not allowed to buy them??? Went back to place an order for one of the bags right after and it was gone already. Extremely frustrating. These rules need to be changed! Another time I ordered two boots and returned them bc they didn’t fit and was blocked from shopping on the site for a long time! Even though, as I said, I have shopped there a lot for both myself and my children. I do not recommend Bootz as there are so many other good online sites to buy from!
