If Interested in a car's history I would recommend checking out this site to anyone. Every where else I tried wanted at least $30 from me, but only $1.95 from CarHistory is good enough for me. Very complete history!
This process was painless and not time consuming and I can't beleive it's only $1...I was pleased to learn that the vehicle I was interested in seemed to be free of major problems. I also found this report to be quite comprehensive.
The review of the history of the car was much more detailed then I thought it would be, a large plus.
Easy to follow and really nothing left out, I was left with no questions. Easy directions and complete answers, a joy to use.
Nothing left to say but USE THE SERVICE!
CarHistory.us.org was a really helpful website! I had no clue about the history of the car I was looking to buy. Once I checked it out on this website, I found out that the car was a rental at some point and it had been through a lot of accidents. It wasn't worth the money being asked for it and Carhistory.us.org helped me save money.
looking at buying a vehicle from a friend of my husbands. said it was a salvage car, but not totaled. so looking for a place to check history and tried CarHistory. very easy to navigate. only cost $1.00 for history. did not opt for optimum package @ $180 since i was just looking or 1 vehicle report.
This report was very detailed and gave to the date status on when the vehicle was smoged and if it passed the emission test. This is very informational and great. It really answered a lot of my questions on my van because I had purchased it from a private owner.
I was searching some cars for my cousin who lived in us and yes they support me a lot . After 5 months i m coming to us hopefully then i will visit them and will take their service too . Thanks for your service .
This was an informative site for the information I was looking for on the car I'm planning to buy, better than the other online sites who want much more money for the same information.
Thank you so much. I must admit I was a bit skeptical after being a victim of swindling, fraud, and confidence game but decided to try this site for a car history report and I am very pleased with the results Thanks, I will certainly recommend and use again.
I was skeptical of what a $1 report can show or find more than the name and model of car and factory details. I was very impressed when I got the details of my car that I have for sale. As the sole owner of the car for 10 years I know exactly what was done to it and the report I got back was very accurate. Highly recommend it.
My son is needing a car, so I contacted CarHistory.us.org to find out details that the owner may not have given us. What I received was a very detailed history on the vehicle. I felt that the information given was impressive. Not only did I discover that there had been problems with the title (salvage), this was something that the owner had vehemently denied. Thank you to them for setting me straight!!!
I was just checking on one VIN but the Full History Report section of the report froze and never came up. The rest of the report seemed fine. I talked with a live chat person who got all the info twice then promised that Brian would email within 15 minutes. It took about an hour but finally got the info. Thanks
THIS SITE HAD ALL THE INFORMATION I WAS LOOKING FOR AT A FRACTION OF THE COST OF OTHER WEBSITES. IT ONLY TOOK 10 MINUTES TO ENTER ALL THE INFORMATION AND RECEIVE MY REPORT. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS SITE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!
It may be $1, but you agree they can share your personal info (minus CC#) -Read the Privacy Statement!
Don't be in a hurry! And Read. Each. Screen. that asks for your password info. I was half way to Premium access before I realized it would have cost me $120!
Also, after filling out the form and giving my payment and CC, there are at least 3 more screens that ask for further info, including your phone#, along with a check box to agree with their Privacy Statement... and a Continue button. And there's no, "I don't like the way this is going, I'd like to cancel." button. They have your CC info at this point. So you might as well finish. Just don't click the include an insurance quote with your Report, unless you want calls from Ins. agents that have received emails that you were looking for quotes.
FYI: The Report, which is adequate I guess [not much experience looking at reports], is laden with superfluous ads and near useless tips and Statistics, [who cares how many licensed drivers there are in each state, really]. At the end, there's a link to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System [NMVTIS] where the vehicle title info is held. A click on the green Check Vehicle History button, reveals a page with a large banner ad that beckons you to "select an approved provider"... of which CarHistory.us.org is not listed.
Overall, not a bad experience, just wish they'd give you every chance to back out if you don't feel like handing out more, and more information.
This was very easy to use, only cost $1.00, and also gives you the option for signing up for a yearly charge, but since i was only researching one car, i didnt opt for that. gave all the same information as the much more expensive vehicle history reports, without the totally outrageous price tags. i would use this service again to research any other vehicle i was thinking about purchasing.
I RECEIVED A 18 PAGE REPORT ON MY CAR CONSISTING OFEVERYTHING FROM ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE, STOLEN STATUS, ODOMETER READINGS AND HISTORY, ALONG WITH THE FACTORY SPECIFICS ON THE CAR. FOR $1.00 YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE!!
I was hesitant to use the service, but the piece of mind this service provided it me before I made my decision to buy the car was worth the effort and the time, thank you for providing a great service at a reasonable cost. The web site was user friendly and easy to maneuver, however after I paid and the report was ready I didn’t find a print option for the report, but I was able to print it from my browser. I would recommend this service to my family and friend.
I needed background about my car and tried a couple of other car history sites and they seemed hokey. I put in my vin number and they would say the report was one amount but after entering my vin and going to checkout it was a different price! That didn't happen here.
Quick, efficient and thorough. I like that. ;:-)
It's very professional, and it's very affordable for me. Thank you very much.
I was a little hesitant about using the CarHistory.US.Org site but I have to admit it was as informative as another vehicle history report I actually received from a dealer which for $1 I would use this site again to get another report. I think we need more sites like this to keep the bigger sites from controlling the market. They get the same information from the same databases as the "Big Guys" do and for $1 that's like getting a value meal. It was simple to get the report you just need to be aware of the sign ups so you are only buying the $1 report not the premium package. But other than that a great site for what I needed I got the information that will help me make the decision on the used car I was looking at.
This site is a great place to check out a vehicle before you purchase it, or after if you just couldn't wait. Try it. It only cost me $1 and I got all sorts of information, important information, that gave me a piece of mind.
Why pay for a TV commercial? I get the exact same information from CarHistory that the other car history data company gives, but I didn't pay $35! They get the exact same information from the exact same sources. Thanks!
There was something in there about 125 reports over twelve months for $125 or something. Lots of ads and tons of junk and links to get the report which they do not even have a way to print off or even email you a copy like all the others do unless you can copy and paste into word or something like I had to do. It is only $1 which is good but that is all if it turns out to be only $1 instead of $125. The service of the company can maybe over looked if it really ends up being $1 where others are as much as $40.
This has been such a nightmare and a joke!!!! These guys are in bed with "distrustpilot". They said that if I left them feedback that I would get a $20 gift card to amazon. I have and no card and they won't even return emails. I have had to send the purchase verification to distrustpilot twice and about 6 emails to have them finally post this review and when they did, they changed my feedback from 1 star to 3 stars which I am not putting back down to 1 star. Stay away from carhistory.ous.org and distrustpilot! I am usually a pretty easy going person but both of these companies need to be put out of business if this is how they treat people!!! If you read through the other reviews, you can tell they are all from the same person and and are obviously fake. Just what I would expect!
Edit: They have made things right and I never got charged for the $125 that I suspected.
This was the first time we have used a car history service. The information that we recieved was informative enough to help us decide whether or not we should purchase this car for our son.
I can,t believe that I received quite a comprehensive review for one dollar. Highly recommended.
