I have bought several things from CEX…
I have bought several things from CEX over the years always had great experiences, how ever, this time I purchased a smart watch online. Delivery was pretty slow and when it arrived the watch was totally faulty anyway and didn’t even turn on. I returned it to store, they were great whilst I was there but said they’d call me by 11AM the next day to let me know what the situation was. This didn’t happen, I just got a random message saying a refund was underway a couple days later.

Service wasn't the best
I disliked the fact I wasn't given a proper date or time for the arrival I also was not fond on the fact it originally said the 14th originally but didn't get it until about the 16th the main thing I disliked is that I did not get a email saying it was delivered you'd expect alot more for the price I paid in total

Please please take note of this review and do not purchase ANY phones from CEX. I paid £250 for a IPHONE Yesterday and upon returning home and setting up noticed the phone was getting increasingly hot, so much so you could not hold it comfortably. Returned to store and their idea of testing was to plug it in and wait and see! They informed me no fault - took it immediately to Apple Store they ran a diagnostic test and found a fault and told me to stop using it. CEX are an appalling dishonest company and I would avoid at all cost. Barclays are arranging a charge back as i was able to provide proof of faulty phone sold to me.

Perfect Nintendo 3DS
The 3ds came in perfect condition!! The system works flawless with no faults. I was actually surprised because most of the times these old consoles come with faults. The order came on time and the delivery service was decent as well. It's fun to be able to play on an old console again. Amazing service!!!

Take the goods, forget the customer.
Same as last time, nobody calls.
I dropped two items off yesterday at 11 in the morning, was told it would be 45 minutes, asked for the money to go to my bank card, and they checked my details at the counter including my phone number and told me they’d ring if anything changed. Nobody rang. I wasn’t given a receipt this time either, and nothing has appeared in my account, so I have no reference number and nothing at all to show I handed two items over. I wrote to support yesterday and a full working day later there is still no reply. It’s half seven the following evening.
The only way to get anything out of a Drop N Go here seems to be turning up in person and standing at the counter until someone deals with it. If you leave and wait to be contacted, your items just sit there. You took my phone number, read it back to me to confirm it, and then never used it.
