I have tried almost all the food companies. I haven't had problems with any of them. I got a gift card in my dog's Bark Box for $10 off. I had never even heard of them before. I found my dogs' normal food was a few dollars cheaper and the cats' litter was reasonable so I thought I'd give them a try. The order came really fast! They sent a hand written thank you note. Not that only a note would sway me, it just shows that they care about customer service. They have a really nice selection of only quality products. I like how they now list country of origin on them. It was the only one place I could find all the products I use for my pets at reasonable prices. With four cats and two dogs, the minimum order is never a problem.
