Since I found this site I have always enjoyed the great prices, super fast shipping and high quality of their products. Today I received an order that had a ripped bag of dry cat food inside which I called to have a return authorization and replacement sent to me. I wasn't worried about the process of getting the item replaced but was shocked (in a good way) of how fast they took care of my problem. It literally took 1 minute to get the replacement setup and was also told to donate the ripped bag to my local shelter if it looked fresh and wasn't out of date. These people really do care about our little furry friends and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
