Outstanding!

They were the best I have dealt with in customer service. They got my order out very fast, the same day I ordered it online. And when they sent one of the wrong dog foods by mistake, I called and they said donate it to a local dog shelter, apologized and sent the correct one which I received right away too. I will order all my dogs supplies from them. Very impressed!

Rock and Roll had slowed down till now.

I'm Amber Douglas a 13 yr 5month old Queensland Heeler. I have always liked to herd rocks, basketballs. I had slowed down till my mom and dad started giving me OMH hip and joint baked biscuits last may. Now I'm back at it, just not for as long a time as before in my younger years. My mom tells me you're only as old as you think (feel) and I feel great. My human friends have loved me for years and think I'm pretty smart and soo friendly. I would go on camping trips at the Yuba River, Calif. for 5 months at a time and when the same campers came up to the river they would always holler for me so we could have fun and roll rocks down in the river and I barked at them. I still get letters from them even though we don't go there any more. Other dogs that came to the river, kind of thought I was weird but they were not herding dogs.
Take my word for it, if your joints are feeling a little slow take the 'Old Mother Hubbard' baked hip and joint treats my parents give me.

Fast and Great Customer Service

My dog has a preference for the Kong toy that looks like a purple monkey. When my local pet shops did not have it available for whatever reason, I searched online and found Chewy. They not only had what I wanted in stock but at a much better price than my local pet store. I ordered several so i would have replacements, I will order again when my dog starts on the last one.

Great selection, fast shipping!

My dog has food allergies so we have to buy food with limited ingredients for her. We usually have to drive quite a distance to the nearest store that sells the food she eats, but thanks to Chewy.com, we no longer have to do that. Chewy has a great selection on all of the food, treats and toys that my dog loves, and with free shipping on orders over $49, we can have her food delivered right to our door so we no longer have to drive so far. I would highly recommend this website!

The Mystery of the Lost Fish

The chewy toy I bought for my German Sheperd was to replace a toy she had since she was a puppy. The toy was just about shot it didn't squeak anymore and it had been through a lot of playing time together with us. She guarded it with her life she slept with it and played with it. How we lost it we haven't figured it out. But she is happy with the new fish that we got from your company which in turn make us the owners happy.

Excellent shipping speed and very competitive pricing.

I was very happy with the time for the food to arrive as we were almost out of food here. :) My kitten likes the new food and does not seem to be having the feeding issues he had been having with his old food. He is a very picky kitten so I was wondering but he took to both the dry and canned food well.
I did not have to contact your Customer Service but if it is anything like your Shipping area, you will have my eternal business. So far as I have seen Chewy.com is a really good place to order from. Everything arrived packed well and very speedy. The free shipping was definitely a plus too.

Chewy.com is a well priced online store for all of your pet's needs. I found this company because BarkBox gave a $10 gift card in the November 2012 box. I will be perusing this site again since it had such competitive prices.

Really easy to navigate, and base prices for food are better than most other websites. Plus shipping is free over $50 and is super fast (came within the next couple days after I hit 'confirm' on my purchase). I'm buying the large, over $50 bags of food anyway so it just makes sense for me.

I wanted to change my Main Coon cat to Orijen food and when I checked the internet, this site came up, CHEWY.COM, with the best price. I was first wary because I hadn't heard of them before, but oh my gosh...they are in the northeast and I am in Florida and I placed my order, got an immediate confirmation and in TWO DAYS, my package was delivered by UPS at no charge to me. Chewy.com is very trustworthy. They also have a nice person you can talk to on the phone or do a chat.
