"hello! I ordered the pokemon James costume through cosplay shopper, I needed it quickly so
went through priority shipping. Had it within 10 days awesome. problem, I ordered the wrong
size! I was so sad, I mailed the site right away, and had a response back in less then an hour!
after a few simple questions and some remeasurements my new order was placed the old
costume shipped back and the new one under construction. I wasnt expecting the newone in
time for anime north, but voila it arrived within 10 days again! my experience with CS has been
great and I will be sure to order through them again!"
