Had to return but they were really helpful and refunded quickly

Absolutely disgusting. Hung on my phone for 30 mins to claim a free advertised gift which turned out not to be free unless I agreed to a subscription of £29.99 pcm. I would certainly not use this company again and would not recommend.

You cannot reach out to thane..
1st my steam mop falls apart. Cheap nasty plastic. Cracks and splits.
Just Chinese garbage.
You buy spares as always the water bottle breaks.
The filters.
Bought all new again to find all split again.
Thane puts their heads in the sand when a product is not fit for purpose or needs a recall.
This exactly why you can't email them.
Buy a brand that works and cares.
Has back up and email address.
Only crooks have no email address.
Learn from this.

Very disappointed in this company. Our water tank broke and we paid for replacement which arrived but replacement didn't work either as no steam came out of it at all. We replaced filter still didn't work. Contacted company by email who did reply but still awaiting a working water tank. 😞😞😠

I have to return an item as not suitable for my actual health condition, absolutely nothing wrong with the item.
But without the help of Eva, at customer service, I couldnt do it.
She is is an excellent role model how a customer service employer should be. Honestly, I cant find enough words to thank her for all help and support she offered very humbly
I wish her all the best in life, and also I want to mentioned that this company should appreciate, promote and be proud for these kind of emplyees as Eva !!

I purchased from Amazon. This is my second H2O 5 mop. The first is about 6 years old but scaled up. I keep descaling but they! Nothing lasts for ever. This new one is just the same - but Green. I loved the purple one 😢. It's doing a great job - but I can't find the registration page 😂😂😂 would have given 5 stars otherwise 🤣🤣

This product has all the potential to command a 5 star review but unfortunately the water chamber component has a faulty design using unsuitable material. So, my H20 HD I use 4 times for the 5 years i have had it. Most of the accessories are still packaged unused. The detachable water chamber has a small slot which crumbles and cannot be used . When I first bought it with 2 use the insert for the water cylinder fell through and would not sit in the hole. I purchased another water chamber from Amazon £30. This is the second chamber which has done the same thing. I’ve used it twice. I’m not buying another as the design us flawed. Such a shame. I can guarantee most if not all who purchased this steam mop have the exact same problem. Please don’t buy this product you’ll end up spending copious amounts of money relaxing the water chamber.

I have now had an email from Thane. And a new Tank has been sent out to me under warranty. I will upgrade when it arrives!

I bought a H20 floor mop. Brilliant.
Unfortunately the water tank cracked in various places so I bought a new one. I use the mop 4-5 times and the water tank all cracked again in the same areas. I sent an email 8th May 2026 and filled out a form on their website approx 10 days ago and I've heard nothing. I cant afford a new tank every 6 weeks. Ive heard nothing back , shocking. Very unhappy.

It is my first experience with the HD20HD and am very please it does what it says on the box

Disgraceful, appalling customer service. If you can even call it customer service. I have emailed them three times since 17th May and have contacted them at least twice via their Solution Centre. They haven't got back to me once. Not even to acknowledge my communications. And they have no phone number so can't call and speak to them. I am wanting to make a return, but seems it is impossible. Very quick to take your money but that's where it ends. I hugely regret ever ordering from them.

Better than expected but not sure if these will hold bikes with a back mudguard firmly enough

I have bought several of the H2O steam mops, for myself siblings, children and parents, because I think it is a very good piece of equipment. The customer service is excellent too, responding quickly on the couple of occasions when the steamer has stopped working Thane have replaced the faulty parts.

I bought the HS2 HD steam cleaner from Thane direct. But realised I should have bought the basic one which I had once before and it was good this one is heavy and too bulky emailed them twice requesting a return and noone has got back to me I feel it's very poor that they haven't got a phone number I did find one and tried to phone but it was a invalid number looks like I'm stuck with this cleaner that I don't want

Very expensive for a steam mop the water tank has broken 2 times now it doesn’t get hot only had the mop just over 12 months I total waste of money avoid this mop
