Website Needs Clearer Guidance on Compatible Parts
I find it difficult to search for the correct parts on the website. It would be helpful if each product page clearly showed any additional parts required for installation or use, with the option to add compatible parts to the basket at the same time.
For example, I ordered a replacement windscreen washer part but was unaware that I needed to purchase another component to use it. If this had been clearly indicated, I could have ordered both parts together. Instead, I only discovered this during installation and then had to place another order and wait for it to be dispatched and delivered. Improving this feature would make the ordering process much easier and save customers a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.

Odometer gears replacement.
Even the small gears within your odometer can be found at Design 911: ordering them was a lot easier than replacing the gear in the odometer itself.
