time I went online with Mark and couldn't decide what I wanted he telephoned me personally and asked if I was having trouble. I was in a way, I was not completely familar with PC's I have been using Macs mainly, and even though I changed my mind over and over as I read this or that article, he called me the next morning explained exactly which package would suit my needs. He did not push just the most expensive solutions but gave fair and informed answers to my questions and when it came to the time that I was ready to finally complete my order the website functioned 100% correctly and with out delay. My computer has yet to arrive but just the customer service Mark gave me alone was worthy of 5 stars and it is something I unfortunately have NOT seen alot of in the PC sales world.
The Apple buying experience has always been good but then you pay a lot for it and you have a right - I think - to expect that for the premium prices you pay. But Deviant's prices are very competitive and they offered informed helpful service. I can not yet say how after sales service will be but if my experiences so far are anything to go by I do not expect any problems and I think the other reviews on this page testify to that.
