un reachable

un reachable,
bought a ticket and trying to get hold of them
the phone gives fake message on "heavy" loads so it disconnects
i sent 4 emails and no one replies

Tickets were as advertised

Tickets were as advertised, the fact the tickets were digital mobile phone tickets was not a problem. They arrived two weeks before the show.
No issues at all.

Excellent service - great seats

Excellent service as ever - I've used them many times and always efficient, keep their word and deliver great seats. They excelled with a recent visit to watch Peter Kay at the O2 - upgraded tickets to the front row was very unexpected but made a great evening even better! The Temptations were great / The Four Tops useless

To be honest the Four Tops were absolutely useles & so many people in the surrounding seats said the same. What a difference when The Temptations came on, they were brilliant from the very first song right till the very end. Thank God for the Temptations with just one surviving original member.
