I would recommend this company ti anyone!

In my great expirience working with this company I can say that they offers some good prices for car rental in Spain, Italy and also USA. If we took a few modern car rental companies we can se that there is a big difference between their prices. Why is that? Because, some companies work with 3-4 partners in each destinations. In my expirience I ca guarantee that this company works at least with 4 partners in each travel destination that gives us (customers) possibility to save some money by renting a car from most economic car provvider. Car booking leader!

RBC Europe is a company from Latvia with huge amount of reliable and satisfited customers, I'm one of them. never had anny issues or problems with them. Booked 3 door KIA with additional equipment GPS. And it took me only 100 euos for a weeek. Thats a great price for car rent. Recomend this one to anyone! Don't overpay, think twice and book once from leader!

RBC Europe is a great company with lots of benefits. In my personal experience (Fantastic trip to Spain) which started At Madrid (where I actually hired a car) aand ended at Alicante I can say that this company offers a really great deals with no overpays or hiddden fees. Always everything is clear just book, get a car and drive!

Good company - reliable customers

I work with this company about 2 years and never had any issues! These guys works just awesome. In my last trip to Malaga I wasn't able to find needed road (I don't knoww why I didn't booked a GPS), so I called directly to their customer service and know what? They really helped me to find needed destination and recommendet to visit a few sightseeendg in Malaga. I just love these guys!

I agree with previous revview! Really good cer hire company with huge car fleet that are in excellent condition. As I know they work with 3-4 partners in each travel destination so they can provide best car hire offers. Also they offer additional equipment (I only used GPS once). Regarding the website its preatty user friendly and easy to navigate even for older people (i mean seniors and etc.) My rating is 5 and I recomment this company to everyone!

Reliable and safe!

In few words this car hire company is reliable and professional. In my last trip I booked car for the first time and didn't know how booking process goes. So I called customer service and very kind girl eexplained me everything. I don't understand why price were so cheap (maybe I got somekind discount)....nomather it makes this company more better.

Scammers

We booked through them for a Florida trip. We arrived at the airport to be told by the car rental company that this is a scam. They do not honor their voucher and they never contacted the car rental company to even book our vehicle. BEWARE!!!!

Never again

Car rental Munich.
I have booked a car in September. In Munich.
The company, which was to serve me at the airport, said that the voucher is not valid and they dont know nothing about RBC Europ. After repeated calls to RBC Europ, I get the same car, but is in other contexts. I have paid twice. Once on the website of Economycarbooking and second in the airport.
Passed enough time, I have not get an explanation why was I charged an additional fee, as well they not returned an any penny of overpayment.

They are scammers, do not trust them!!!

In my experience - avoid economycarbooking. I rented a car in Portugal last month and it has proved to be a nightmare. The company are incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve. I paid for the car to them and got a voucher for the car ire company. Despite having a voucher the car hire company also charged me for the car. Economycarbooking are now saying ' we are only the middleman' and claiming it will take a month to investigate. Meanwhile I am out of pocket by hundreds of pounds. I am really disappointed that they can wash their hand of it so easily. There's loads of other companies. For peace of mind go with someone else.
