Slow process to identify issue and replace phone, but showed willingness and effort to support the best they can
It was a long process of 5 months where I spent a considerable amount of time and effort to get support in identifying the issue, which ultimately led the company to replace the phone. The new phone then also had an issue, but after escalating the case, I actually got the support I was hoping for - quick and to the point that solved the issue. I originally scored them with 1 star, but raised to 3 now, after i saw how the company listens to feedback and tries to do better. That is more than many others, so for that - THANK YOU.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I sent my MacBook Pro for repair on Aug 25th. It took 5 weeks (36 days to be precise) to get it back. Lack of communication. Hard to get any updates on repair status and progress. Ignorant staff, disregarding the client and providing ridiculous explanations, like "it must take longer as you bought your laptop abroad and the invoice is not in Danish".
Avoid ITServices in Kolding at any cost!
