Bought with them a ticket to New Zealand and change the return date, next thing I found out is that Edreams went ahead and asked Emirates for a refund on the ticket without my consent. So, stuck in NZ with no return ticket. Spent hours on the phone with their customer "service" speaking each time with a new Spanish person telling always the same story, making no progress. They would not check with administration because "they cannot". Wrote e-mails to their customer "service", that as a "service" told me they could not deal with it and gave me another link.... in essence a nightmare. Best avoided.
Trying to sort out with e-Dreams and "lovely" Stuart Brown from customer service... my money back for selling me a ticket without luggage. It did cost me additional £ 80.00 to the price of fare to pay for my suitcase. Been emailing in and out for like a week and i am geting fed up with them. Bought the ticket 2.5 months in advance trough them and during booking proces there was No indication this was hand luggage fare!!!!!! Apparently booking confirmation email (after i paid for a ticket) had a SMALL PRINT right at the end of the email ....where is all the internet gibrisch nobody is actually reading it informing me i need to buy additional luggage. I fell so cheated as British Airways informed me i am not the first to had problems with eDreams. Give me my money back..... ATOL should investigate this company how on earth they still traiding?????
Yeahh... I am writing as if speaking to the friend... But what if the envious gossipmongering foe would read it?.. Had anybody conducted the aftermath of the trips surveys, how the tourists were treated upon returning home, to theirs locality... Especially, possibly, by some very wicked utility companies, and local ZEUs like, probably, Upravlyayushaya Kompaniya of Tula... On April 14th, 2014 at around 10:15 again the electricity was cut off in our apartment building... or if someone would ring on the door bell to check the gas pipes (something related to the gas circulation - collector) all of a sudden and would be stumping into the dirty boots into the apartment...
...But with the edreams I had the great experience!
Picked and booked flights as per usual. Final cost amounted to $250, at the final confirmation of flights and payment a small tab appeared at the top. which read something along the lines of, "Since starting this booking the airline has increased the price of your selected flights by $65." Finding this strange I cancelled the booking and tried again. Once again at the confirmation stage this happened again, this time I accepted it.
I received the booking confirmation from the airline (Not Edreams) in my email, which showed that the booking amounted to $250. The $65 is not in fact the "Airline increasing the price during this booking" but Edreams way of completely ripping the customer off.
..No wheelchair on ticket although ordered..nothing on ticket to state this ...it will cost me over a £1 a minute to phone them ...I also had to pay £20 plus for them booking the ticket ...I also have to pay them for booking in on the over a £1 a minute .....this is a terrible experience

This is the first time my husband and I used Edreams. While vacationing in Spain, we thought why not use this European company. And with the limited access to internet, we were able to do it very quickly. We were certainly satisfied with the selection provided, the locations of hotels and rates. Wont hesitate to use Edreams again in the future.
I booked a single flight from Santiago to Iguazu Falls changing at Buenos Aires. When I had paid I realised I had a return on some obscure day some three weeks later?? I had an international flight to Heathrow 2 days later from Buenos Aires I was using a very old computer in an isolated Hostel but don't feel I can blame that so it cost me very dearly
