Needless to say, he saw to it that the issue was resolved.
First of all, they're available to take phone calls 24/7. Not automated answering machines. Not even useless employees who know nothing and don't have the power to solve a problem even if they were competent. NO, Egan Medical's OWNER makes himself available 24/7, as I found out when I called the "after hours" phone number listed on their website. He answered all my questions, and the product shipped out the next day, arriving within three days of the date ordered (two days after I ordered it).
Item was in perfect condition, and they even threw in a bunch of free samples of Biofreeze and a free bottle of 81mg Aspirin. That wasn't even advertised, they just did it.
This is an awesome company. I get the impression they're very small, but they work very hard and do an excellent job of taking care of their customers.
