Have purchased a couple of games from them, some for me, some for my friends and they deliver the key to your email every time within a couple of mins, at most half an hour. The email used to send the key is also not a "do-not-reply" email and will be answered if you have any questions. Recently I tried using another provider which sold a game for $1-2 cheaper and waited an insane amount of time (approx 24 hours). During that time I wished I had just paid the $1-2 more, I am already getting it at such a good price.
Another thing is even though sometimes other sites will beat their price, on average Elitekeys has lower prices across all sites and you don't have to worry about being scammed by sites which have high prices on some games and low on other.
