Product never delievered - no email reply!!!

I've been waiting for over 2 months fpr a product to arrive. I sent them emails, they promissed me with a tracking number and a deadline for the product to arrive. They never sent the tracking number neither the product! When I sent other emails, they ignored!
Just lost my money and they don't have any phone number for contact!

No costumer service! Don't buy from them!

Their whole operation is a scam-beware!

Our company made the mistake of listing one of ePacific's products on our site after much prompting from them.
Luckily we made sure payment would take place after shipping. We have not heard from them since and all emails to their employees now bounce back. All the phone numbers are switched off or engaged.

Meanwhile our customers are waiting for their goods. Businesses like ePacific Mall should be held to account for their shameful practices.

SCAM company, DON"T buy from them

I had purchased a "mystery box" voucher for $12 from KGBdeals.com for products that were supposed to be worth $150. Instead I received Chinese fraudulent cell phone accessories that can be bought on eBay for $3-5!!! Additionally, it took almost 3 months to ship the product instead of promised 2 weeks. I'm afraid even to use this stuff as not to break my cell phone. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!

its a scam!

this is all a scam.. i purchased a set of brushes from them through living social about two months ago and i still havent recieved it. they keep telling me they will get my tracking information but never do. DO NOT even try to get anything from them cause youll never get it. Im surprised living social is still promoting their stuff on their page though

Applying For Employment

So I've never actually purchased anything with them howeverI was considering becoming a CSR with the company. For the people who posted on this site, I want to say a genuine thank you for the heads up. I would hate to be on the other end of the situation having to force feed people bulls**t information because the higher ups are theiving scoundrels. To be honest, I'm surprised that no one's bothered to call the Better Business Bureau or whatever they're called.

They are LIARS!

Ordered an item TWO months ago and have yet to receive it. They keep saying "when a tracking number becomes available, we will get it to you". Well now I've asked FOUR times for my money back and they keep telling me they will get my item to me. At this point, I do not want it!!!!!!! They have horrible customer service!!!!!

Horrible

Order a long sleeve dress shirt using a voucher. They sent me the wrong shirt, and the wrong size. I've contacted them 3-4 times and they've told me to send a picture of the wrong item which I did 3-4 times... Still nothing. No communication at all after sending the pictures of the wrong item. Awful experience. Never again dealing with them.

Biggest Shit ever, don't deal with them!!!!!!! Horrible

I ordered something from them with an deal on living social. The stuff is shit and does not work properly. I now try to send it back and send them e-mails, how to proceed. They first send me an already prewritten mail and then came back that they will search for my order and let me know when I will get it. After I told them a second time that I already got it and I'm totally unhappy I never heard from them again.
Bullshit company!!! Products are not worth the money!!!

TERRIBLE!

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a deal of the day with for this site. Apparently, these deal sites are NOT, in fact, checking these places out first. I ordered whiskey stones for my husband for Xmas, then emailed them to expedite the shipping since I didn't realize it would take 2-4 weeks. They emailed me back saying not to worry, I would have my order by Xmas Eve. I wrote them again after Christmas, and they then told me that it would be 5-15 business days (it was already Dec. 30, what happened to having it by Xmas Eve???), and that they would provide the tracking number. Here it is, Jan. 8, 2014, and still NOTHING. No order, and no tracking number. This is probably the worst site I have ever used, do NOT give them your business!!!

Rock Bottom Customer Service

I ordered a product mid December, but have yet to receive anything. Granted that I ordered very near Christmas, I wasn't expecting to receive anything before the 25th. However, I was expecting to receive at least a shipping confirmation, which I never received. Their Customer Service is absolutely horrible as they don't answer their phones and give empty promises in their email responses. I have been asking for a tracking number for over a week and they can't even provide me with that! I've demanded a refund for the shipping and handling charges they prematurely charged me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I repeat DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Also, THUMBS DOWN to Living Social for offering ePacificMall vouchers. I should have read these reviews before ordering anything from them.

Disgusting - Do not buy anything from these people

I feel like such an idiot but I only dealt with this company as I had a KGB deals voucher. Took me almost 2 weeks of back and forth e-mailing and waiting to even be able to use my voucher code to place the order. Repeatedly I requested a call back and nothing. Eventually I get an e-mail stating voucher was valid and they will send me out my order. I hadn't been able to pick a size or color or speak to anyone but they wanted to send my order out. After another struggle I eventually managed to place an order again with no facility to choose size and color or even get information about the order. I had to send an e-mail to the reply I had and hope for the best. This was done on the 6th December and it was meant to be a Christmas present. Still nothing and no contact from the company. This is disgusting and such a headache. Do not order from this company ever. I don't even know if I will ever get my product or even my money. I urge you.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL>

The service sucks big time!!!!

Please do not order anything from this site. We have ordered a couple of items n its been 6 months we dint receive the items. And on top they don't even respond to the mails.

Horrible Experience - Do Not Order From This Company!!!

On 8/26 I ordered a Zoo animal school bag. I specifically ordered the ladybug bag. The order said that it would be received within 2 – 3 weeks. I received it 8 weeks later. When I received it, the label said I ordered the ladybug bag, but when I opened it, it was a bunny. Cute, but not what I ordered. I contacted the company on 10/18 and provided them with the information and pictures. They responded right away, however they kept asking me to provide them the same information and eventually sent them the information 2 times – last time on 11/6. On 11/7, I received an e-mail stating that they would send the correct product and I would receive it in 3 - 5 days. I have never received the correct product, nor have I received any further communication from the company. I sent follow up e-mails on 11/21 & 12/1.
In summary, it has been over three months since I ordered the product that was supposed to arrive in 2 – 3 weeks. I have sent several e-mails and provided all of the information they requested immediately upon request – and several times. Though they were initially cooperative, they have been unresponsive for over 4 weeks now.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Company is a SCAM, never received product or refund

Beware, this company is a crooked run company out of Canada. They follow no ethical business principles and take your money and never deliver the product. Good luck trying to contact them, no representatives are ever available. Run by a bunch of con artists not delivering products, but keeping your money!!!!!! I will take them to court, luckily i'm next door in Detroit and between Toronto.

Terrible customer service. i have purchased the products for 3 months and have ever seen them even though Samantha has sent email to promise it will be post right away. And Yes 3 times of promising made me to put an end for this transaction. i gave up and felt so mad.
First experience ever.

Not reliable....buyer beware!

Ordered a LivingSocial.com voucher from epacificmall.com for a 3 in 1 USB charger and out of the 3 cables, 1 works.

I have contacted ePacificMall.com several times through email (as it's their only form of contact through their website) and no response.

LivingSocial is also passing the ball to ePacificmall.com.

All I would like is an exchange for one that works and it would have been nice to get a response back at the very least.

Not a reliable online vendor if you god forbid have any issues with your order.

Very misleading and not trustworthy

Purchased an item that was not as described, it was a fake. After returning the item I did not receive a refund! They said that they would but did not, I had to do a chargeback.
