Wir hatten eine Lieferung in die USA …
Wir hatten eine Lieferung in die USA bestellt. Von 8 bestellten Artikeln sind nur 2 angekommen. Der Gesamtwert betrug ueber 100 Euro. EU-Versandapotheke weigert sich, diese Artikel nochmal kostenlos auszuliefern. Das Paket war nicht fuer einen internationalen Versand verpackt. EU-Versandapotheke meint, dass sei unser Problem. Das war unsere erste Bestellung bei dieser Firma und wir werden nie wieder etwas ueber diese Firma bestellen! Betrug!

Mit Vorsicht zu genießen!
Günstige Preise, schnelle Lieferung. Hatte aber zwei mal Fehlmengen. Dem Kundenservice war das egal, weil ich nicht zeitnah reagiert habe. Das ist schlichtweg gelogen, und keine Entschuldigung!
