First Class product and service
The watch's description and photos were 100% accurate. The actual buying experience was simple and straightforward.
The watch arrived via Special Delivery the next day and looked even better in the flesh!
The only thing I can't comment upon is the returns service - nothing could part me from this beauty!
I won't hesitate to use Expresswatches again when I want another special watch.

Very helpful in exchanging first selected watch for a different model.
I found that the watch I originally selected was too big for my wrist and asked for advice on a smaller model, I was advised on another model which I selected and which was cheaper; this suited me.

Went Like Clockwork
When my Auto Relay Seiko gave up I checked on repair costs & as I am in my mid seventies decided a new watch that would last me out was the answer The watch I chose a Seiko Kenetic was cheaper by £25 pounds on another site but only carried a 12 month guarantee instead of 24 months offered by Expresswatch site.
Also easy to order kept informed on order progress and arrived on time as promised Great Service .

Quick service, good price and a cracking watch
My watch arrived special delivery the next day as promised complete with Seiko box and guarantee card stamped up.
One small niggle, the strap wasn't sized but I may have got that bit wrong on the order and as it was a 2 minute job I did not contact them.
Based on this transaction I would be happy to recommend Expresswatches.

I have bought this as a present for my Partner
He hasn't see it yet , but I was trying to match his old Seiko to a new one, and this fitted the bill perfectly. It arrived in a matter of days, well packaged, and was exactly as described, so really pleased with the whole service. I hope he will be when he opens his present. !

Too quick delivery
Very speedy delivery but unfortunatly the resizing of the strap on the watch was over looked on my order and I had to get the strap sorted out localy, the cost of that was kindly refunded by you. I would have waited an extra day for you to get the strap resized prior to sending.
I am disabled and the reason I shop on line is to avoid having to go to the shops - didn't work this time!
Otherwise I am very happy with my selection.

A great service... Very quick delivery
I have bought 2 watches from Express Watches (at different times) Both watches we're the cheapest I could find, but were in perfect (NEW) condition and arrived within 3 days. Not that I needed it really but the customer service - via email - was prompt and concise - just for my peace of mind. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.

Dette site kan ABSOLUT ikke anbefales. Bestilte et SEIKO-UR, der ikke var på lager med besked om en ekspeditionstid på 3 dage. Intet skete og mail-henvendelser blev ikke besvaret. Efter flere forsøg fik jeg svar at jeg kunne forvente afsendelse til en given dato. Igen-intet skete. Kontaktede SEIKO i England, der meget venligt kontaktede ExpressWatches med besked til mig om at uret var på vej. Det fandt jeg ud af at det IKKE var. Historien endte med at ejeren af ExpressWatches returnerede mit beløb. Hele sagsbehandlingen varede 10 dage. Burde have 0 stjerner, men dette er ikke muligt.
