One of their employees even helped me with my website. I had some trouble getting it to work. He wrote me a little script that fixed all my issues.
They're friendly and they don't treat me like I was bothering them. I would recommend getting FlameFusion hosting because they're nice and helpful, they will even make you a web design for free, if it's advanced for a small fee! They're incredibly cheap.
