I needed some replacement parts for my son’s fridge freezer which is no longer made and very difficult to find from regular stockists.

Via email, they communicate well; successfully identifying the fridge part I needed, from the description and photos I sent. The part, a door seal/gasket, fitted well and my problem was solved. The price was a lot less than other spare part companies.

Communication with this company is extremely difficult. There is no possible way of contacting them other than by email and their replies are slow. I placed an order for a next day delivery for an item that showed as on stock and available for next day delivery at an extra cost for urgent delivery. However, two days later and the part is still in France I have asked for a refund and had no reply. Shocking customer service.

Quick online ordering and exactly the right part required

Very happy with the speed of service and quality of communication. Replacement filter arrived very quickly and fits perfectly.

Had a little hic up at the beginning as it was held up at the warehouse, however Dan dealt with it and sent it out in time as I was having a media wall fitted and needed this part to complete the job. Good communication from everyone involved.

We first bought a spare dishwasher spray arm off of Amazon as our dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes. That spray arm had to be returned as it was useless. I ordered from here and it was delivered quickly, packed really well and the spray arm is working and I now have a working dishwasher!

Excellent service: though one of the parts I ordered was mistakenly listed as in stock and had to be backordered the complete order nonetheless arrived on schedule within a few days. Immediate response to my queries and very clearly genuine and new Sony parts even though the headphones I ordered them for have been discontinued.
