In principal you can find out the airfares from hundreds of airlines in a matter of seconds and they also state whether the airline is a 'low cost' no frills type of airline or not. The prices we paid were reasonable even though we didn't go for the cheapest flights and opted instead for a more comfortable airline because we were flying with our son.
