Listen I'm gonna be honest I have basically never written a review for anything, but I wanna say that this app is such an amazing app bec it helped me with a problem I had for months and was trying to fix, it is also such a help at clearing storage and making space for games, they didnt even ask me to review but Im gonna be honest I love this app so much.

over the years I've had CCleaner in my computers and it always fixes a problem if I have one. the cost is fare and doesn't take up a lot of space.

user frendly application to enhance the performance of the PC/Laptop & also, one-stop solution to have the latest updates (previously had to open various apps to have the same updated)
the add-on apps that come along with Ccleaner are very much useful

Great ease of use, limited knowledge required albeit registry may be a bit obscure

CCleaner is the best way to keep my computer updated, especially the apps.

I was told I'd get a refund for a purchase ccleaner directed me to do in order to get my prod code for the existing purchase. I had to pay for it again! I requested a cancelation and eventually received an email saying I will get a refund. It's been a month and nothing has been refunded to date. They have also cancelled the service!
For this reason - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Performance and Support. I have been with CCleaner for a number of years, and the company programs deliver and upgrade. I will continue with CCleaner! Thank-you!!

I have been using CCleaner for may years now. I started with the free version and then moved to the payed version. It simply does what it outlines. I use it regularly and it proves to work with positive results.

Incredible service. Be careful because their and some fradulent techies who have posted a false customer service phone number on line and they do not work for CCleaner - they are frauds that will give the illusion that they work for CCleaner - they do not. They will try to go on line into your computer and do harmful things.

Since years now I used CcleanerPro, only had once a problem not more and that years ago.

there was a time it worked great, but since the new style of the ccleaner, it losts a lots of functions, because dont work anymore.

support is that bad, that they dont answer you over a month and than without any solution. only possible via community page, no more email support possible.

Honestly, it does what it says, and it says what it does. Very easy: click a button, and it starts to clean up, turns off your browsers, and cleans up everything. You can clean out your registry with this, and it'll update all your files or your apps. It'll tell you what's taking up space or not taking up space, but it'll tell you what's taking up your memory usage, so you could turn stuff off to make your computer run a lot better.

Overall, it's a good product. I've been using it for years, and just recently I decided to resubscribe with them because I used to do it years ago. I joined for another year, so it's worth it. It's like $15 for the whole year for something to come in and clean up all your junk. Yeah, it's good. That's what I think, and that's my honest review.
