I got their product too late. They have good customer support but shipping so terrible

Have been pleased with previous purchase - did not receive chance to get free CD when buying 4 as site said and had to write customer service. It's only been 1 day and haven't heard from them. Hope this can be resolved

I've been buying their cd's for years and have never been disappointed. I didn't receive a disc one time and without any fuss or question they resent it to me.

I ordered couple of educational CDs for my nephews and they loved it! Overall great service

They have a great selection and my niece went crazy looking at all the different items to choose from. She finally chose what she wanted and it works fantastic and she is in love with it.

I had never heard of this company until I received a bill for software that I never ordered. This is fraudulent marketing and I've urged all my associates to boycot Planet CD Rom!

Received what was ordered very quickly and my family had a wonderful time playing the games.

I enjoy this website so much and have bought mostly educational CDs for my granddaughter. She loves them and she is learning very fast. There is a wide variety to pick from, so I have a hard time deciding which ones to buy without going overboard. I am recommending it to my friends!

I have found this to be the best place to purchase CD's, they arrive days before they say they will, you only pay for shipping, I can find a lot of educational CD's for my grandchildren, you purchase a certain amount and receive a free one. The shipping may have gone up but so has everything else so I really can't complain I get my monies worth when I purchase from PLANETCDRON and have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends.

Shipping charges are usually high, but their is no charge for the CD.

The selection is immense. You get what you order (and mine has always come well before the time they allow!) Can't comment on customer service because not once have I ever had to utilize it. This is my shopping place for computer software for birthday's, holidays and "just because days". Entertainment, reference, instructional, music and much more. You simply can't beat PlanetCDRom.com.

Everything I order always comes.They have been just what you read about the CD.Some of the titles and games I have seen in stores costing more.I have recommnened this site to friends and family.THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST!

some of the titles are rather old, but if that's ok you can't beat the price. I've never received an incorrect item.

Heps me find interesting AND educational gifts for my grandsons without draining my retirement funds! I don't believe I've ever had to use the customer service as they seem to do it right the first time! Have shopped this site for years and recommend it to everyone of all ages!

I have been a customer of this company for many years standing and have bought over half of my software from them that I own. For the most part they have given and honest and straightforward discription of the software they offer. As far as the customer service goes it totally top shelf. I have yet to get an order that took as long to arrive as they allow. Every order has been in good condition when it arrived.
For the price one can't go wrong with the items that they offer. I have also ordered from their sister sites as well and have experienced the same quality and fine service.
I think other companies could do well to follow the type of service I have gotten from them for many satified years now.
