I cancelled my order.
Although my order, in the model and finish that I selected was confirmed by phone within minutes of placing it online, a week later, when I called to check on the shipping status, I was told that the particular finish chosen was no longer manufactured! If I hadn't called back to check, I would probably still be waiting for delivery of a non-existent product.

We're sorry for your experience. As soon as we were notified, we did our best to let you know about the item in this particular color was dropped by the manufacturer. To my knowledge, our sales people offered you similar items available for immediate shipping, but you didn't want to change the order. We've investigated the case and will do better job next time.
