O2 keep saying they've "updated by connection in my area" but still no change. There is very limited access in my area. It's 2026 and mobile companies are still not able to provice coverage properly.... See more

I have been on holiday in France with roaming 02 data.
Well it was non existent i had no service or emergency calls only unless I logged i to the hotel WiFi.
I was pleased I had downloaded my navigation maps otherwise there would have been an issue as I was walking.
My friend who is with another network did not have a problem with her data or service.
I was in Paris, Dijon and the Burgundy area.
I have never struggled with the signal in the French alps or any other area abroad.
A poor service network from 02
Sinead and the girl were very friendly, patient and professional. We are stil trying to get to grips with new technology, and they put a new sim card in our phones and we kept our phone numbers
What ever you do don’t get an o2 contract one of the worst companies I’ve ever been tied to I’m on a sim only contract. First 3 months free “greaatttt” didn’t receive the SIM card until month 4 (had to go to the store in the end) for them to give me an eSIM fine whatever. Broke my phone they kept asking for a text… from a e sim on a broke phone (moment I realised they know nothing) they tell me I can’t get a new eSIM without it so I asked to cancel my contract because the nearest store was an hour drive away £280 to cancel ITS A SIM ONLYYY where the hell do they get there prices!!! Bear in mind I can cancel my contract for that much but can’t get a new ESIM. To hell with o2 I’m going back to Lebera as soon as this god damn contract is done.
Abde and Amrit were both very helpful and very friendly. I had a very good experience with them.
I recently changed over to O2 from Vodafone.
The Salisbury store was extremely helpful an I single out Jacob for his clarity and service and also Ben.
Vodafone got into a tangle with my account and trying to fix it just infuriated me. O2 on line doesn't have the ease of contact that Vodafone has (by phone) but the deals were superior and reception out in the styx similar. They score too on the inclusion of 25GB when travelling in Europe on most of the deals. The online chat is irritating when you want to get to a human there are so many stages to get through ,so their AI could do with updating! I wish I had done the whole transfer in the shop rather than online!
Really nice experience. Really lovely fella. Took the time to speak to us properly and help us and we even bought a new phone!! Would recommend him 100% his name was zulf we need more people like him in the world

14 months remaining of my contract. I have a mobile that cost me £1.2k and throughout August was unable to access web pages in centre of Edinburgh due to network congestion. All friends on EE had no problem.
2 stars is for roaming ability, but otherwise their network is abysmal

Too many things to complain about , I have a contract for 300£ monthly with multiple devices and I tried to buy myself Samsung buds 4 for my need and I’ve done that contract BUT I’ve been placed to some verification….. and I called after 7 days to see what’s going on and ended in a refound witch will be made in 10 days.
This company is a Scam and the customer support is hold by people with a more bad English than mine ….ill try to end my contract as soon as possible and get rid of this CANCER of company
Do not try to make a contract because apart of increasing prices they will provide you with bad customer service, a very bad return policy and a bad service connection

If I could give it minus 1 I would! Got a new phone, may monthly like most contacts. Month 2 it stopped working. Went into shop, absolutely useless, did not want to know. Went to customer service e, hysterical. I have all of their replies and will be soon putting them on social media as they are so so funny! Not tangible replies and no use or comprehension of any issues. It was as if they were replying to the wrong complaint for weeks! 🤣 Sent phone away, came back same issue and a nightly chip out of it. Loss of use of phone for 4 months, a broken phone and they offered £36! Had to laugh. As this is now a part of Virgin I will copy this onto their page also. They will end up with zero customers at this rate! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I’ve been with o2 for over a decade now and it’s upsetting that there are no loyalty incentives or discounts on mobile contracts. New customers currently get 20% off airtime plans, so what about us? I just upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 18 pro and was told I also can no longer use my blue light discount AND that extras are only for 3 months and not 6…what’s going on o2?!
Very very very disappointing and not a very satisfied customer!

Sent in a complaint about issues with moving my daughter's phone number to her own account and received incorrect advice, ended up in a 24 month contract which was not set up as per the advice shared. Trying to cancel the contract but no-one is listening!! I hate this company so much - 7 months of endless emails and getting no where - you should see the complaints team responses, they are completely irrelevant to the complaint I am making. I wish someone would listen, it's exhausting!

I went to the O2 store in Bluewater and spoke to Dale. I’d taken out an O2 and Virgin Broadband and Media contract and needed help switching my mobile phone from Vodafone ( it was problematic getting a PAC code from them). Dale was really patient whilst Vodafone kept putting me on hold and then trying to make me offers to stay with them rather than just getting me the pac code I’d requested. None of the offers bettered the O2 package. Dale was so patient, and very helpful, and got it all set up. Great service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The guy who served me was great and really helpful. The large lady who ignored me and chatted with the security guard was very ignorant.

I took out a new sim only contract in November last year, I wanted the unlimited contract for the Disney + added in. It’s now 10 months in and I still do have the correct Disney applied to the account. They somehow managed to sign me up for a Disney premium service separate to the unlimited contract which they would not remove even though it was their mistake. I keep asking for Disney to be sorted out and they seem to be unable to manage it.
I’m several calls in to a call centre that doesn’t seem to want to or be able to resolve the situation. I can’t seem to be able flag it further up, even though I have sent in formal complaints.
They have been deeply frustrating with the whole situation.
