I am very happy with the finished product.
I am old school and understand very little about web design. I had an idea of what I wanted but could not have done it without Hotdoodle and designer Jeffrey Fong. I would absolutely recommend their service to friends. Their service was fast and professional. Jeffrey responded to every email I sent him the same day. My website was finished ahead of schedule and is better than I had hoped.

SERVICES LACKED CREATIVITY
WE SELECTED A STYLE AND PROVIDED ARTIST WITH COPY AS WELL AS FORMATTED DESIGNED MENUS WITH COLOR SCHEMES LOGOS TYPEFACES ETC. IN RETURN WE WERE PROVIDED WITH BASICALLY GALLEYS OF TYPE WITH ZERO STYLE .OUR CURRENT WEB SITE IS STILL UP AND FRANKLY ITS MORE APPEALING THAN THE ONE YOU JUST PRODUCED EVIDENTLY MR FONG HAS TECHNICAL SAVVY BUT LACKS IN THE CREATIVE AREA BY NO MEANS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER.. WE PAID FOR A CUSTOM WEBSITE NOT FOR A SIMPLE TYPING JOB!

Great!
The only complaint that I have is that I received way too many phone calls in the initial set up. Some days I was called over 5 times! I felt a bit harassed. I am completely satisfied with my communication with the web designer, Nancy.

Outstanding customer service!
Designing a new website is like remodeling your house! It takes time...there are so many choices. Color, design, practicality. Jeffrey Fong was my website designer. We laughed, we cried...lol. I'm sure I wasn't easy to handle. One day I wanted one thing, and the next day I would change my mind. Over and over again Jeffrey held himself with pride in Hotdoodle and patience with my indecisiveness. When our customers had to use the "old" site while designing the new one, it was almost embarrassing having them "come over" to such an out of style site. Now I look forward to the design of the new site. It's crisp, modern, quick to load and exactly what I asked for! Thanks Hotdoodle, I can't wait to have people "come over" to the new site now!

As a seasoned, Global IT Business Development Executive having served at IBM in addition to having been Founder and CEO of my own Pharma Data Center company I must admit I was skeptical about HotDoodle. The reason was the pricing was so reasonable. Countless 5 Star reviews on the Internet however encouraged me to give them a try. Mason in Sales was very helpful and Nancy as my Designer was an absolute gem to work with both in terms of her work and her can-do attitude. The HireDivers.com site is important because as a Volunteer Recovery Diver I want Scuba Divers to be easily found on the Internet for the Hurricane Sandy clean-up which before today was not possible. I loved the customer service that HotDoodle provided, this is definitely what sets them apart from the competition. I have worked with other places and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. You won't have that experience with HotDoodle.

All the communication was via e-mail.
They respond fast with any questions that you have and know what they are doing.
It took a while for me to figure out at first, but once you submit the form it did not take very long.

Amazingly creative web designer Mike Luo delivers above and beyond my expectations!
Before finding hot doodle, I had started redesigning my website a few months ago with a private web designer and the process was choppy and every time I tried to explain what I wanted the guy came back with an expensive invoice and some below average drafts that fell flat. When I saw hot doodle's special deal of a flat rate for a customized site I was both excited and skeptical.
When hot doodle assigned Mike Luo to my site, I met with him for a 90 min brainstorming session and let me say: he nailed it!!
He listened, he gave me great feedback and really helped me understand the whole web design process. Best part is he created a site that really captured my services and small business.
I highly recommend hit doodle and specifically Mike Luo!!

Our new web site is a winner!
I used HotDoodle about four years years ago to design my first web site. They did a fabulous job and I still get compliments! When it finally came time to upgrade another web site which I had designed myself about eight years ago, it was a natural to solicit HotDoodle to do the new design for me. Once again, they have been super to work with and the process was painless! The designer assigned to my new project, Jeffrey, was quick to implement the project and there has definitely been a feeling of "team spirit" throughout the process. We communicated mainly by email, but we also spoke on the phone when necessary. Honestly, every detail and concern I had was immediately addressed and I am very happy with the end result!

My experience with Hotdoodle is by far the best service I have ever received. Mike who was my designer was always there for me every step of the way and that means so much to since I am very new to all this. Mike made sure that everything was working and process correctly. Very happy with the end results
I was a little nervous at first. The price was right but then I felt the job was dragging a little maybe I just did not communicate to them what I wanted at first. I had a telephone conference with my designer for about 30-45 min and expressed myself about what I was looking for and that seemed to do the trick. I would suggest that for all new clients to get a fee of the customer.
Things went really well after that and I am very happy with the end product and looking forward to some good results with my new site
