The only time you really get to see how good a company is, is when you need to actually return something, luckily that dosent happen very often and i cant fault the delivery time, however on receiving and returning an obviously faulty item, i was refused a refund on the grounds that they could not see the fault, even when given very clear instruction as to the location, rather than get offered a refund i was told they would send back the item to me? that or i could have an indpendant inspection taken out, or i should contact trading standards? (as you can see this is great customer service), finally i had to resort to using pay pal to dispute the issue which means its drags on a month to get your money back, this was the first and last time i will be using them, there are plenty of other online designer clothes stores that offer as good prices and offer more satisfactory customer service.
First time shopping at INFINITIES, I feel so worried. This is because the location of INFINITIES is very far from my country. So when I specifies to shop there, I just feel nothing to loose.
But, soon after I made an order, INFINITIES has surprised Me. I have quick response about my order completely. And the day after, INFINITIES emailed Me about the tracking number of my shipment.
Since there, I became INFINITIES loyal customer.

Complete and utter tin pot outfit. I certainly wont be in a hurry to buy from them again. I sent an item back for a refund which they said did not fall in between their two week return period. Fair enough, i should have sent the item by registered post which i didn't. I did however get a proof of posting receipt which had the date on which i sent it. Which was also the day after i had received it from Infinities. The date was also on the stamp of the parcel. So when my item turned up at Infinities they could see the date i had sent it and also that i wasn't lying. I know this basically falls down to my word against theirs, but i send many items by 2nd class every day in the UK and they do not take three weeks to get there. Which my return apparently did?? This dispute was also in September and not at the busy Christmas period where i could understand there might be a delay of this time. The most annoying thing was i had bought many items from them in the past, fairly regular customer and this is the sort of customer service you get? I ended up not getting a refund but a credit note to spend in store. It all left a very bad taste in my mouth i must admit.

I purchased 2 pairs of trainers for next day delivery. i received one on the right delivery time and the other was delivered late by about 2 days. i wasnt given any refund for the delivery charge on the 2nd pair of trainers or any form of apology. not pleased at all

Just giving a small suggestion here. I mostly purchase items to be sent overseas, so I hope maybe you could adjust the shipping costs a little bit. For example, maybe you could lower the shopping cost for lighter items, such as wallets, t-shirts and belt etc. It'll be great if you do so.
