Veery good service. I particularly liked the fact that the system seems to use the best of technology, but with a human touch (i.e. I was aware that I was communicating to an individual rather than as is so oftern the case nowadays where you feel like you are communicating with a machine).
Had a problem - Got is sorted in less than 3 mails !

The support team spotted an issue while logged on to our system and raised the case on our behalf. Soon found the root cause and worked together to resolve the issue.
when issue exist Interlink team analyze them in dev and provide us an output with proper steps. So that we don't return back to them with any queries.

We had a problem with the data in our data modelling tool which stopped us propagating changes to live system.
Interlink put more debugging into the output from RunAutoGen tool that enables us to quickly pinpoint any data problems and resolve them efficiently.
Interlink are an excellent company to do business with. Very efficient at dealing with customer problems and issues. Support is much better than from much larger companies.

The requirement was promptly understood, and response was mark on.
Interlink support just do what it says on the tin, they take ownership the issue and push it through to resolution.
