Bought something. it did not match the photo on the website. I asked for a refund and they said I had to send it back to China. So I paid shipping to send back to China. They kept the item and refused to refund my money back. They have not responded to my emails.
I used their dropship service and NEVER AGAIN!!! I am HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service of this seller. I work from home and sell online to take care of my family and this seller has ruined a reputation that has taken me a long time to build. Halloween is in 7 days and no word on this and MANY other costumes that my buyers have purchased (some OVER a month ago)! .... THEN Come to find out they are counterfeiting originals , which was not stated on their site at all. After they were called out they put "knock offs" as a category to purchase from. Now they will not respond to any of my e-mails the PayPal claims that I have had to open!!!
This is a website out of China who are seling counterfeits. Every image on the website (with the exception of images of asian people) have been taken from real designers and copied. Expect the quality to be bad. That is why it is so cheap.
I bought 10 items from them because of the PayPal promotion and I could have become a repeat customer, had they not been a complete and total FRAUD!
First of all, the quality is HORRIBLE and the items do NOT look like the photos at all. Wrong cut, wrong colors, wrong materials, wrong sizes. All wrong.
Second, and more importantly, they did NOT send me a THIRD of the items, and told me that they are not in stock and will arrive in 2 months (I had obviously already paid and they were not marked as out-of-stock on the website). It's been 6 MONTHS now! I have emailed them MANY times and I have received NO REPLY. Not even one. Nothing works - polite questions, begging, threats - nothing!
I can't believe PayPal will associate with such companies!
Do yourself a favor and DO ~NOT~ BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered in September some things at intimates21.
They delivered only have of the things without any notice that the other things are not availible.
In an email I asked why they didn't deliver and after that I got the answer:
Thinks are not in stock and I have to wait...ok...I wait...for 6 month now!!!!!!!!!!
I wrote 2 times after that but never heard anything from the company...and I paid with paypal by ordering...
First the get your money and you don't get anything of your order...that's fraud!!!!!
I've ordered but never again. There customer service is really bad and the quality is even worse.

I paid for upgraded shipping so I would have a tracking #
it shows up Nov 23rd 2010 missing of two items and one wrong item.
The Wrong item they shipped was supposed to
It was missing the Attached skirt.
Well I only received 1 item out of 4 of the Items I ordered. 25% of my order
I contacted Customer service.
They said sorry and will ship out the two missing items and the fix the wrong item too.
On my order page Dec 3rd 2010 is written 送个好一点的礼物 (Better To Send Gift)
Well they ship out only a skirt. I have to sew it on myself. But the two other missing Items are not in the package.
I contact them and they say it was mailed already. I ask in the same package as the skirt? No Answer
Well then I ask for the tracking #
They said I didn’t pay for a tracking # for the second shipment!
I said I didn’t pay for tracking in the second shipment because it was your mistake not shipping it in the first shipment when I paid for tracking.
Never do business with these thieves Ever!
