I initially decided to order my wedding save-the-dates and invitations through Rexcraft because of their seemingly beautiful designs and reasonable prices. I made a BIG mistake by doing so. First of all, after placing the order for my save-the-date cards and reviewing the information to be written on the card, I received the cards with the wrong wedding date and about three misspelled words. How do you make a mistake on the wedding date, dating the year on the cards 2020, instead of 2010? Who orders save-the-date cards 10 years in advance? That should have been a red flag for who ever printed the cards. Then they misspelled words as simple as "and". When I called the company, they reprinted the 100 save-the-date cards and I received them 2 weeks later, thankfully with the correct information. Secondly, despite the mistakes they made with the save-the-date cards, I decided to give them another chance since I really liked one of their floral invitations. I placed an order online for a free sample of the invitation I liked, and guess what? A week later I receive a completely hideous invitations, which had absolutely no flowers on it and looked like two letters were stenciled in on the front of the invitations, I was shocked. Following this second mishap, I was furious and decided to call the 1-800 number to complain to a manager. I spoke with a customer representative who placed an order for my initial sample invitation request and took down my number for the manager to return my call since the manager was "busy" at the moment. Well here we are, three days later and I've yet to hear back from the manager. This is what I consider to be complete unprofessional and rude. I started off this whole process planning to order about 200 wedding invitations through Rexcraft and after this whole ordeal they have not only lost me as a customer but 3 of my other friends who are getting married this year and were planning on ordering through Rexcraft. If you decided to order through this company, good luck!
Ordered invitations, and got the completely wrong style. Very calmly called and got it taken care of, so I thought. Was told the correct ones would be printed immediately and shipped out express order. 6 days later, expecting them that day... called just to check and see since was not provided any invoice or anything on the re-order. Was notified that there was a problem and they were not shipped out yet. Said it would be printed and shipped out express AGAIN. Contacted them again the day they should have been shipped and again was told they were not shipped... offered to do the same thing. Print and ship express, this is where I got fed up, said no thanks and demanded a refund. Was told will take 1-2 weeks to get debit card refunded... and then when I asked for a copy of refund sent to my email or fax... I got a personal e-mail stating I will be refunded. Ended up making them send me a screen shot and saved EVERYTHING just in case this never happens.
Really sad because I have heard nothing but good things, but I am truly disappointed because I really liked the invites. What a nightmare.
